Great professional service from Ben, couldn’t have done better in any way.
And the aids do seem to be excellent too!

Had my annual yearly checkup with Ben at Audika Plymouth.

Ben put me at my ease straightaway. Tested my ears with audiology test. Gentle and thorough. Ben is a true professional.

Showed me the best to look after and check my hearing aids. No deterioration I am pleased to hear.

I cannot rate him highly enough. He is a real asset to Audika

The hearing test I received was very thorough in identifying my hearing loss and Ben at the Plymouth branch conducted himself in a very professional manner.
At no point was I under any sales pressure.
I purchased a pair of oticon cic aids which were bespoke and fit like a glove.
The difference these have made have been amazing.
Both receptionists, Maria and Jane were also friendly and welcoming.
