Audika - Truro Lemon Street Avaliações

Excellent treatment and time given to me to explain all the benefits I get with the ear phone technology I have ..
Nothing was too much in the help and time spent on getting things right for me.
Many many thanks...

Always so professional! Josie the receptionist is a great asset to your wonderful team in Truro.

Staff and service were excellent the process was very quick and painless

Mark made me feel welcome from the time I came in he was so gentle with me when doing tests he explained everything what's going on with the results and he even tried a demo pair of hearing aids and he made me smile and we noticed that my levels went down quickly. He was so good at listening he understood mh autism and adhd but didn't use any of it against me j felt so welcomed and loved

Truro Lemon Street branch. Excellent work by Lucy to meet very demanding demands for music channel. I can now hear music with a quality I have not enjoyed for over 30 years. Very impressive service.

The audiologist was very informative, helpful, professional and pleasant.
She made everything clear, so that we could understand the situation, and make the necessary decisions.

The audiologist I made be feel comfortable and explained everything and went through the test in the booth

My regular appointment was very good. A new Audiologist attended to me. She was very professional and caring person.

Fabulous service as normal.

Jo was extremely professional and thorough.

The entire experience I have had with Hidden Hearing Truro has been exceptional and more specifically with the staff . Josie is so efficient and friendly in every exchange I have had and so helpful with making appointments and following up in a timely manner to ensure I never miss any appointments. Lucy whom I recently had my follow up appointment with was extremely professional and ensure I got the maximum value from my Oticon hearing aids and I am now confident and comfortable with them. Lucy is an excellent addition to the team and look forward to my next appointment with the team in Truro

New audiologist. Took time to explain everything and I learnt far more about my hearing condition than previously.
Very impressed.
Brilliant receptionist.

The audiologist was really helpful and patient with me and explained to me the state of my hearing now and how it was a year ago. She retuned my inner ear hearing aids and sent my over ear ones back for a slight modification. Appointment was in Penzance which was very convenient and saved me a long trip to Truro, which was a bonus.

Hidden hearing was excellent. Josie was so wonderful at the front desk. We had called beforehand and she was able to help us in a time of need. My wife has severe hearing loss and had lost her charger for the aids . She actually stayed during her break to help us. Lucy, who is the hearing aid dispenser was so wonderful to make sure that everything functioned.

We are on holiday in Cornwall and started to get sound problems with my hidden hearing aids. I phoned the Truro office and spoke with Josie she said call in and we will try and fix them. We called in today met Josie who was very knowledgeable and had the problem sorted in a few minutes.the service was excellent and Josie was very helpful and welcoming. Thank you Josie for your kind help

Excellent service
Informative about procedure and sensitive to patient’s needs. Highly recommend Hidden Hearing

Just left the office after my hearing test and delighted with the service. Lucy is incredibly professional, polite and extremely informative. Results were made very clear to me in a way that I completely understood. I would most certainly recommend this company and the first class service they provide. Thank you Lucy.

The audiologist was honest about the condition of my ears and that the free hearing test would not be a true representation of my hearing, due to wax in my ears which would need to be removed first

The staff are very welcoming and helpful very professional in their work

A visit to our Truro branch is always a pleasure. My husband and I went for our annual check ups and found the service exemplary. Stefano and Josie were very welcoming. Our appointments were not rushed and Stefan did not do any "hard sell" which is very reassuring as our hearing had not changed. Truro is very lucky to have such good staff.
