Amazing , each and everything so far

It was my third purchase from Audionic, and my previous earbuds were genuinely awesome, which is why I trusted the brand again. Unfortunately, the TRANCE Airbud 815 has been a huge disappointment.

The main reason I chose this model was the advertised 120 hours of battery life. I wasn’t expecting anything close to that on the earbuds alone, but I did expect at least 5–6 hours of use. Instead, the earbuds go from 100% to 0% in less than 2 hours, which is completely unacceptable.

The ANC (noise cancellation) is extremely weak. Even normal street noise goes through clearly during calls, making it almost useless. People on the other end can hear background sounds more than my voice.

Another major issue is the touch controls. There is no option to customize or disable them. Even a slight touch while adjusting the earbuds ends calls, and sometimes music starts playing without even touching them. This makes everyday use very annoying.

Overall, this product feels poorly optimized and rushed. Based on my past experience with Audionic, this was unexpected. Sadly, I cannot recommend the TRANCE Airbud 815.

Do not buy Battlebuds Neo. It has a defect (beep sound in the left earbud, clearly noticeable in a quiet room). I sent it to the service center and waited almost a month, but received a used replacement with the same issue. I raised two complaints (Ticket ID: 2262-40628 and 2262-43242), and after the second one there was no response. Very poor after-sales service.

I have been experienced audionic from last three years with multiple product like earpods(battlebud pro) and speakers (rb 110) are next level sounds and bass and overall sound quality

I have purchased Earbuds from them regularly and never have any problem, but this time they have sent me just earbuds without any accessories or warranty card etc. I have sent an email and an automated AI response received back which is 100% generated through Chatgpt, in which to fill out the form, I have filled the form, provided necessary information, and then after 2 days received the response back that according to our policy, you must have to share the video of the parcel before opening, Are you guys stupid or idiot that I know the parcel is empty or missing accessories to make the video before opening because I've never faced such issue before, who illiterate person has made your this policy, I am a customer service Manager of an International Based Shoes company in UK, and I know all these queries and problems and how to resolve them in timely manner, You guys are stupid and I will never be purchasing from you, nd will also be telling my all family members are friends, and I don't want your 10% stupid off in next order, as I will never be purchasing from you. If you want to try to resolve, just solve this as soon as possible, I want to talk to almost Customer Service Manager to resolve this issue, I will share all the details if you want.

I gave my Audionic Reborn RB-95 home theater to the service center for repair. For the first 7–8 days, there was no response at all. When I contacted them myself, the service center people said that it cannot be repaired and told me to come and collect it back. They have really disappointed me. If they don’t even have the required parts available, then why are they selling this product? This company should shut down; we don’t need them. Our money is not illegal. I want my money refunded. My speakers cost 32,000. Even now, these speakers are still listed on their website. If the speakers are available, then why aren’t their parts available?
