Scammer brand.
I get 2 hands free set due to 11.11 sale. One set was empty and the other one had a defective piece.
When I posted 1 star review on their website, they removed it and in return they give me coupon of 10% discount on my next purchase. I'm not gonna purchase anything from them anymore.
All they looking for is money, they are selling their defective pieces in sale and influencers are promoting them like crazy.

I had purchased a COCO C7 Mini Mobile Speaker in the order 1303510. I just checked and it has no bass. I wanted to return it. But well, they have no return policy no matter how terrible the product is.

This has very poor sound quality. No bass at all. All those reviews talking about bass and sound quality must be fake reviews. They're no even taking it back, offering a return/refund. Very disappointed. Not gonna shop from Audionic ever again.

Worst experience ever!
The quality is pathetic, and the product broke down in no time. I kept contacting them repeatedly, but they completely ignored me absolutely no customer service. Audionic is nothing but a scam, with cheap products and zero reliability. Don’t waste your money here!

I purchase the deny airdots from audionic.co 1st they send me faulty airdots ( One side was not working ) then I asked for refund but they said they have 7 days refund claim policy. I contact them within the 7 days of my pruchase. It took them 1-2 days to reache me. Then they say please send these airdots to us within 1 day if you want a refund but it could not be possible within 2 days as i live in punjab and they wanted to me to ship them to karachi. they did not gave my money back but Later on they replaced airdots with new one but it cost me 600 delivery charges. so not recommended.

I ordered the TRANCE Airbud 815, but I’m very disappointed with its sound quality and overall performance. The AirBirds are also not working properly. I have been trying to contact support through ticket and WhatsApp for the past 3 days, but I haven’t received any response. Very poor customer service. On top of that, all the reviews on their official website appear to be fake.

I bought earbuds expecting a simple, hassle-free experience. Instead, it turned into a nightmare:

I contacted support for a return, and they sent me to a service center nearly 19 km away — despite this being an online purchase meant for home delivery.

Bad speakers bought 2 times bad experince everytime + bad customer service i went to their customer service center Collage road Rawalpindi there was 2 persons with beard i asked them why audionic has same issue in my both speakers they said even a born kid has issues lmao. What a technical answer no knowledge + zero ethic how to talk with customer.

I placed an order with Audionic (Order #876424) under Muhammad Usman's name for the SOLO X5 Mini Mobile Speaker. The total amount for the order was Rs. 1,278. Despite waiting for 3 months, I have still not received my order. My tracking number is 27011870500450 via PostEx. I have contacted PostEx numerous times, but they have not responded to my inquiries, and my calls have been ignored. When I reached out to Audionic for help, they were unhelpful and directly told me that they couldn’t assist me with this issue. Even after 3 months of waiting, I have not received my order, which is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I trusted Audionic, but this experience has been very disappointing. I would not recommend ordering from them unless they significantly improve their delivery process and customer support.

I bought airbud 550 last month and it was newly packaged and it looked great but today my order of the airbud 595 came and it looked used because of scratches and it didn't have the plastic cover on it , audionic really disappointed me this time and i want something to be done about this

I purchased Audionic signiture s300 sports head phone in August 2023. The band worked fine for about one year and 3 months. I used with my iPad. But recently battery is low and one of earbuds on right side stoped working. As long as it worked sound quality was good but durability of the product is questionable.

I recently purchased the Audionic AD 7000+ music system in Multan Pakistan to enhance the audio quality of my LED TV, which had poor built-in speakers. Unfortunately, my experience with this product has been extremely disappointing. When I received the order, I was dismayed to find that it was damaged and faulty.

After multiple visits to the service center, I finally managed to get the audio system repaired. However, to my surprise, the sound quality is still subpar. In fact, I would say that the original speakers on my TV sound better than the Audionic AD 7000+. The audio is lacking in clarity and depth, and overall, it's a significant letdown.

Given my frustrating experience, I would not recommend the Audionic AD 7000+ music system to anyone. The product's poor performance and reliability issues make it a waste of time and money. If you're in the market for a new sound system, I would advise you to explore other options that offer better quality and value for your hard-earned cash.

Bought two products from audionic the hand frees which I bought about 1.5 years ago were totally useless and malfunctioned, second I bought their eardots 100 from their official website online which were also malfunctioned when I asked them to replace that they asked me to visit their saddar store which is too far from my residence, somehow when I reached them there they denied the one year warranty claim and their bar code scan showed my warranty to be expired on Feb 2024 while I bought that on August 2023, frauding their costumers by mentioning one year warranty while they actually don't provide it. They asked me that they will repair it as I am on warranty still but now they are asking me to pay for that repair. Totally fraud brand and pathetic service!!!! Beware!!!!

I purchased earbuds from official site in August 2024, they offered 1 year warranty. There was functional fault in earbuds. When I went to their service center they said warranty will expire in Feb 2025 just after 6 months how is it possible? 2nd the buds malfunctioning due to manufacturing fault they are asking to pay for repair what kind of warranty is it? Mediocrity at its best and their support team is unavailable.

Audionic is the worst product you can spend your money. Infact I would say it is better to burn your money than to buy any audiomic product because thats how much of a rubbish their product and service are.
Its quality looks good only on the outside whereas the inside materials are worse than junk. Loose wiring, leeky cells, inadeqaute soldiering and not to forget the low quality raw material they have used for inside.
All in all if you are looking for quality, look elsewhere.
But if you are looking to spend your excess amount of money, i would still say burn it and not waste it on audionic junk.
