The after-sales support was excellent too. When one product developed problems, they worked hard to find a solution and kept me informed throughout, leading to a very satisfactory result.

Headphone and CD player purchase
My companion listens to CD’s through a small CD player. She wanted a good sounding easy to use CD player where music could be listened to through headphones, whilst still being able to hear other things happening around her in the room. She trusted my judgement to make the purchase on her behalf so I needed expert guidance to get this right.
My choice of Sennheiser headphone (which I had previously bought for myself following Jon and Farid’s recommendation) was confirmed. They also recommended a Marantz CD player. These were demonstrated, by listening to some of my reference CDs. The combination sounded brilliant. Jon also ordered a headphone extension cable and other accessories to complete the package.
AudioT Cheltenham is my favorite shop in the UK. Their products, service and informed impartial advice always gives me confidence that I am making the correct choices. With these purchases they have again exceeded my expectations. Well done

New high end MC cartridge installation. helpful in my initial…
Very helpful in my initial investigations regarding a new high end MC Cartridge. Rishi was extremely helpful in making the home demo process enjoyable .Plus some valuable added value in resolving an issue with my turntable in the process! Highly Recommended.

Poor Service
Placed my order eighteen days ago [4th October] and still haven't received it. Reached out to customer service and have had no reply.
Update:
I contacted Audio T via the website at 18:54 on Monday 19th October.
A replacement REGA wall plug sent by Audio T arrived at 10:01 on Friday 23rd October.
Also, the original REGA wall plug I had ordered arrived at 18:41 on Tuesday 27th October.

Hi Daniel, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. It’s always great to hear when we’ve done a good job, but it’s just as important for us to know when we haven’t met our usual standards of customer service.
I’m sorry you were left waiting for your order and hadn’t received a reply when you tried to contact us.
Your original parcel was dispatched from our Bristol store on the 6th October via InPost, but the tracking continued to show it as “In Transit”. Once your review brought the delivery problem to our attention, we contacted you directly and our Bristol team took it up with Interparcel, who opened an investigation.
We didn’t want to keep you waiting for the outcome, so we sent a replacement last week. Our Bristol team have confirmed that this was delivered on Friday 23rd October.
I’ve also asked where your original enquiry was sent so I can look into why you didn’t receive a reply. That’s something I’d still like to get to the bottom of.
Sorry again for the delay, Daniel. If there’s anything else that needs sorting, please come straight back to me by replying to my email.

Home system set up.
Really great advice and home set up from Dan from the reading branch. The whole team are great but Dan is my point of contact and always goes the extra mile to make sure all the system is working peak performance. There’s always a few issues but Dan never gives up and resolves any issues and spends time explaining how things work and operate. I would always say to go there for professional honest help. Only proper high street presence left in Swindon
No issues. The product was perfect for my needs. Been shopping in this branch for many years - it’s the only proper audio shop left considering how rubbish the U.K. has become. So if audio is your thing this is the only high street presence left in Swindon. Will be buying from them again very soon.
