Experience of staff and the products purchased was excellent. Very knowledgeable staff giving options and a very fair package deal at the end of it. Would definitely recommend and will continue to use on my hifi journey.

Updating my LP12
Nic and the team at Swansea made my experience of updating my LP 12 very smooth. I’m delighted with the changes made and am grateful to Nic for completing the rebuild. The other folk I met - Andy and Adrian were also notable for their help, guidance and support. Highly recommended.

Perfect way to choose your ultimate speakers...
Relaxed demo with the three different speakers I had short listed. Andy was happy for me to set up with my amps and source for the demo. He then arranged a weekend loan of the ATC SCM 19s that I was interested in. Can't fault their service. Bought the ATCs with stands and can't be happier.

We were there several times, took our own vinyl and made to feel welcome every time.

Fantastic customer service
Fantastic customer service. I went to Audio T in Reading as I was having problems with my turntable. They diagnosed the fault, supplied and fitted a new cartridge and did a mini-service on the turntable on the spot, all for the RRP of the cartridge- unbelievable service!
