Dress I ordered does not look anything like the one on their website. Extremely disappointed.

Not realistically even deserving of one star.
Two dresses received are horrible. The print on the material resembles the original ad but there the resemblance ends. The only label found (on one) says it’s made of polyester and spandex. Ugly. I will not even be able to donate these items. Everyone has standards that these do not meet.

BEWARE! Do not buy from this company. It's a scam. I ordered what looked like a beautiful, well-made dress. What I received was a cheap dress that looked more like a flammable clown costume than anything resembling the photo. I tried to return it immediately only to be told that I had to ship it back to Asia for the refund. They are not a Canadian company. The photos are fake.

DON’T DO IT. One star is being generous. I feel totally scammed. I ordered what looked like a linen dress with stitching at the waist. What I received was a cheap polyester dress with an elasticized waist. I tried to return it immediately only to find that this website is a conduit for an Asian company and that I need to ship it back to Asia if I want a refund. I thought I was dealing with a reputable Canadian company. Instead I found that they are scamming us with lovely pictures and sending us inferior products. It is the old bait and switch.

Do not buy anything from this company. I’m extremely disappointed with the poor quality of the products and the terrible customer service. They do not respond properly to customers, and I still have not received my refund. Very frustrating experience.

I purchased a dress and it was absolutely awful. Cheap and almost see through. When I tried to return it was told I would have to ship it back to china. If I used tracking it would cost the same as the dress. Didn’t but spent $30 through Canada post. In my conversation with this company they offered to give me 10 percent and then 20 percent back if I didn’t opt for a return. Still have no refund. Have never experienced this corrupt of business on line ever with no support

Do not be fooled by this company. They are not Canadian. It’s actually manufactured and everything is in China and if you have to return something, you have to send it back to China. The fabric is cheap and the sizing is all wrong. The cost to return the items is even more then what you spends and they don’t offer full refund. Definitely do not recommend

audreyamy-ottawa is an online company selling women's clothing. I ordered a dress that is ill fitting and does not suit my body type. The only information of the company available is an email that is invalid. So far it looks like I can't reach anyone and it appears I'm out $70.00

A real scam. Super cheap version of clothes advertised.
In my initial message, I provided the requested photos and a detailed explanation of the issue. In their second response, they offered a 10% discount to keep the items, which I declined. Then they have proposed a 20% discount or provided a suspicious return address in China without any specific authorization number, which I also decline.

The items I received do not match those shown on their website. The quality is significantly inferior, and the differences are substantial, not minor. The products are clearly not as described. I have attached two photos—one from their website and one of the item received—which clearly demonstrate this discrepancy.

Additionally, their website presents the business as being located in Canada, whereas the items were made and shipped from China. This lack of transparency is concerning.

Given that the items are not as advertised, and considering the unclear return process and excessive shipping costs with no guarantee of reimbursement, I could not accept paying an additional $125 for return shipping and no guarantee that I won’t have to pay for the clothes to return with address not found.

Audrey/Amy Ottawa purports a 30 day money back guarantee while the product is actually made in CHINA and, if you want a refund, you have to send it back there at your own expense.
The dress was poorly made and nothing like what was pictured in their ads.
They absolutely refuse to give a refund, but after talking with them I received 10% back. $7.80
This site is highly suspicious and also has two other ‘stores’ (no address, no phone) under the auspices of ‘Toronto North’ and one from BC.

Attention : compagnie web sans adresse civique à Ottawa. Leur politique stipule qu'il y a remboursement complet possible. Le hic, il faut retourner le produit acheté, non pas à leur magasin inexistant, mais à l'adresse spécifique de leur fournisseur, qui lui, est en Chine. Résultat anticipé de la boutique : auncun remboursement complet, car le coût d'envoi en Chine est beaucoup plus cher que la valeur du produit acheté. Donc, tu ne peux retourner le produit et tu n'es pas remboursé. On offre d'ajouter un autre montant pour recevoir un autre produit de notre choix et garder le produit initial acheté... Belle arnaque! Méfiez-vous!

1⭐ Very poor experience. The dress I received is nothing like the photos—cheap, thin fabric and shapeless fit. Seller admitted the issue but only offered partial refunds and asked me to pay return shipping to China while claiming to be Ottawa-based. Misleading and unprofessional. Be cautious.

Audreyamy- Ottawa? Not really. The clothing is not locally based or even in Canada. I found out the hard way and will be donating my items that I purchased (which were very poor quality- oversized) as the shipping cost to CHINA are expensive.
Do not waste your time and money.

I ordered an outfit after reading positive reviews and believing this was a Canadian-based company. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing.

The item arrived significantly oversized and the quality was far below expectations. I contacted customer service immediately, but the options provided were frustrating. I was told I could either pay additional shipping to receive a smaller size or return the item to China at my own expense. The return shipping cost was prohibitively high when I checked, and this was not clearly communicated at the time of purchase.

I also looked into altering the garment locally, but the cost was not reasonable given the poor quality.

After several exchanges, the company offered a partial refund. We eventually agreed on a 30% refund (which they stated was the maximum), and I kept the item, which I will be donating. I had to follow up after 10 days to ask about the refund and was told there had been a “computer glitch.” The refund was processed over a week after our agreement.

Overall, while the company did respond, the process was time-consuming and the resolution options were limited. I would strongly recommend reading the return policy very carefully before ordering—especially regarding return shipping location and costs.
