I’ve shopped here online before and have the most gorgeous witchy dress and a top from this shop, but recently I’ve visited it in person and have fallen in love with how cute the shop is. I must have spent 45mins trying things on in peace and finally left with a pile of things. It really was a magical experience and I haven’t had such a fun range of styles in my vintage haul in ages

I have ordered from All about Audrey before and had no issues, which is why this experience has been disappointing.

I placed an order on 30th April and my dress still hasn’t arrived. I’m unsure whether the issue is with the courier or the company itself. I’ve contacted the company twice, but only received an automatic “out of office” response saying replies may take up to 2 days, I still haven’t had any actual response. There is also no phone number available to contact them directly.

I tried contacting the courier myself, but they said they can only discuss the delivery with the company.

Really frustrating experience due to the lack of communication and support.

Edit: The dress has still not arrived but I have recieved an explanation for A A A and a refund of shipping.

Super quick delivery and excellent communication. I loved the fact that it came in its own protective bag. So in and different. I haven’t worn it yet, as I’m saving it for a holiday. I love it and feel great in it!

Arrived inside out and looked like a rag! Colour is not like the picture it's very dull. Not impressed at all with this blouse, probably put it in the charity bag as you don't issue refunds.

Beautiful cardigan, lovely on and very original

Firstly, the customer service team at All about Audrey are first class. As I was buying online I wanted some information about sizing etc. I had a great indepth response from the team, who were so helpful.
I've since ordered 2 dresses and they are gorgeous! Beautiful style, material, colours and arrived exquisitely packed in a little silk bag. I look forward to ordering more from them in the future.

The coat I ordered arrived to me in the US super quickly and is very high quality. Incredibly happy with this purchase!

I was unsure what to expect as I haven’t shopped from here before but I have genuinely been blown away by the quality of these items. Every piece I’ve ordered is just so beautiful, it feels unique in its own sort of way, I have never found such beautiful pieces of clothing before and I have to be honest in saying this will not be my last order, I don’t think I can go back to big brands anymore. I’ve been totally converted and couldn’t be happier about it.

The sari silk Jasmine Kaftans are absolutely beautiful.
They fit true to size and look elegant with the buttons done up or open over palazzo trousers.
I absolutely love them.

Really love All About Audrey cloths, well made, generous with the beautiful fabrics, and they all come packaged in a lovely little canvas bag. I have had a number of dresses from them and have never been disappointed. Would highly recommend if you are looking for something a bit different.

There wrap around top that I bought fitted really well, it was beautifully made, quite unusual. It arrived in a light weight tote bag, made of similar material. I am very pleased with my purchase, highly recommend.

Shipping was so fast, beautiful packaging and the top I ordered was even prettier in person. Love!

I've never worn anything so flattering. The clothes are beautiful, but even better is the customer service. I especially want to mention Dom from the customer service team, who went above and beyond to help me when I accidently ordered the wrong size, then again when Evri lost my order. He arranged for it to be repackaged and sent out the same day with Royal Mail, all I had to do was fill out a short form. The clothes are the perfect addition to my wardrobe as the weather gets warmer, I'll definately be shopping here again!

brilliant quality, fast shipping and very trustworthy

Great selection of clothes - I wanted something for a 70s themed birthday party and I was spoilt for choice. Service from All About Audrey was first class, although Evri kept me waiting for a few days. I chose the Venus mini wrap dress in blue, which with flared jeans will be perfect for the party, but I shall also wear it as a summer evening top.

Clothing from Audrey is always top quality and absolutely gorgeous. I've ordered a few things for myself, and there's so much more I want but im trying to be conscious of my wants vs needs! You definitely wont regret buying from AllAboutAudrey, the dresses fit wonderfully (I am plus size), as do the wrap tops.

I have a suede bag from Audrey too which is beautifully lined and of great quality. Its a little on the small side, but it will perfectly hold your keys, phone, purse and a lip balm.

I really value that everything is shipped within a sari bag, however I think a full shift to a no plastic shipping bag would be great (shipped in a plastic bag with sari bag inside).
