I ordered cowboy boots that arrived weeks after they were required. After receiving several emails, one showing packaging of a fancy box, stating item had gone through quality. I finally received my boots packed in a plastic bag. The boots were a size 6, but were no where near, more like a 4. The item was shipped from China then shipped on to me. I have requested to return the item, I was first offered a credit note, they have stated I can have a refund if item is returned to China, at my own expense and if the item is received in tact.

Do not buy from this company. My experience was the same as everyone else’s: the product that arrived was terribly made from cheap polyester fabric when it was advertised as wool. They will not issue refunds even when in clear breach of consumer rights. Have passed to fraud dept at bank.

I ordered a dress from Audrey Calvero, the dress took a long time to arrive and when I unpacked it the colour was several shades lighter than the picture had shown, also the dress didn't fit.
I emailed the company and was emailed back and asked to send photos. I received an email later to say that the dress wasn't damaged and that because it was in the sale I wouldn't get a refund, I was not offered any alternatives.

Beware - a scam!

Goods shipped from China, company registered in Netherlands. I tried cancelling my order before it shipped - they wouldn’t do it. No returns accepted. Item not as described so now I have to go through the process of trying to recover £60 via my bank.

Be cautions !!!! I would strongly advise people to think twice before ordering from this company.

I purchased three dresses, and unfortunately, all three were extremely disappointing. The material and overall quality were very poor and did not match what I expected based on the descriptions and photographs on the website.

The delivery process was also very disappointing. I paid extra for priority delivery, yet my order was still delayed, which completely defeats the purpose of paying for a priority service.

What is even more frustrating is the company’s refusal to accept the return. Despite being unhappy with the quality and believing the items were not as described, they have refused to allow me to return them. I find this completely unacceptable and ridiculous.

Overall, from the poor-quality dresses, to the delayed delivery despite paying for priority shipping, and finally the refusal to accept a return, this has been an extremely frustrating experience.

I would not recommend this company. In my personal experience, the whole process has felt very misleading and has left me feeling that I have wasted my money. Buyers should be extremely cautious before ordering.

Ordered a black wool cape jacket and received a polyester and spandex cheapest of cheep but of fabric hardly resembling anything. Now I have to go through the attempt to get £50 back!
Guessing this is an absolute scam and consumers should be offered protection against sites like this. Their site said based on the Netherlands but it came from China!

Paid extra for premium shipping to ensure coat was delivered in time for my cruise. Delivery hasn’t even shipped yet after standard delivery time, so it isn’t going to arrive on time and I will need to purchase an alternative from elsewhere.

Ordered 3 coats on 20 August.

One wasn't in stock and they tried very hard to ship an alternative coat and charged me for it even though 7 days prior to shipping the alternative I had already I declined the alternative.

The second one also wasn't in stock and they charged me for it.

The 3rd coat wasn't delivered yet the courier provided a photograph to Audrey Calvero of himself merely holding the parcel infront of a closed door as proof that it was delivered. He also recorded that the parcel was put into an enclosed porch yet the property does not have an enclosed porch.

I'm still waiting for a refund for this coat of nearly £50.

Update on 20 September - Still chasing a refund.
