I was emailed saying I had signed for my parcels, I emailed back saying I didn't get them, Auraralucky never got back. Don't buy anything from them, you will be scammed. They did say it was at my post office so I went there with the tracking number, the post office didn't have it.

Also known as “auraralucky.com” Read the refund policy carefully. It's very long to confuse you, and that's how you recognize the red flag: THIS IS A SCAM! They will do everything possible to avoid refunding you, including cutting off communication with you. If you prevail, which is very rare, they will charge you for the return shipping. After they receive the item, they decide how much to refund you. There is no such thing as guarantee refund like the popular online stores. Please read other reviews.
Not at all user friendly
Not at all user friendly. It’s way too sensitive for touch so it turns off every time you fix the earbuds. Not recommend
Total rubbish
Total rubbish, only hope they are forced out of business. Flimsy plastic waste of money. No point in asking for refund as cost of return postage is more expensive than the refund. I also bought the earbuds so $400 + out of pocket. Just don't buy these.

Je ne suis pas du tout satisfaite de mon achat !
Plusieurs problèmes :
1) Sur le site marchand (que je ne parviens pas à retrouver sur Google…) le caque était indiqué en promotion. Il était supposé couter 238€ neuf et être en promotion à 50%, je l’ai donc payé 119€. Il y avait un compteur sur le site indiquant que la promotion se terminerait dans quelques jours, 4 il me semble mais je n’en suis plus sure. C’était totalement faux. La promotion n’a jamais cessé d’être, or, indiquer un prix en promotion alors que ce dernier est stable fait partie des pratiques commerciales trompeuses proscrites par l’article L121-2 du Code de la Consommation : « Une pratique commerciale est trompeuse si elle est commise dans l'une des circonstances suivantes : (…) 2° Lorsqu'elle repose sur des allégations, indications ou présentations fausses ou de nature à induire en erreur et portant sur l'un ou plusieurs des éléments suivants : (…) le caractère promotionnel du prix »
2) J’ai choisi ce casque spécialement pour sa réduction de bruit qui était supposée être très bonne. Or c’est très simple, je ne constate absolument AUCUNE DIFFÉRENCE entre quand je l’active et quand je ne l’active pas.
3) Sur l’audio en général,
- J’ai lu des commentaires qui parlait de grésillements, ce n’est pas mon cas. En revanche, la qualité de l’audio est pour moi loin de valoir ce prix est plutôt assimilable à la qualité d’un casque audio « Temu » que j’aurais pu obtenir pour la modique somme de 0€.
- Le vrai problème pour moi s’agissant de l’audio est que dès que je mets le son à plus de 40% de sa puissance, tous les gens autour de moi entendent… Je ne peux donc pas l’utiliser dans les espaces publics… Il perd donc grandement de son utilité.

Zu teurer Chinashit…
Passform ist sehr gewöhnungsbedüftig und sind mir mehr als 1x aus den Ohren gefallen. Bzw rutschen. Ton ist ganz okay aber auch dafür überteuert. Vom kundensupport fang ich gar nicht erst an. Wollte das Produkt zurück geben was absolut nicht möglich war. Stattdessen mit 10% nachlass auf den kaufpreis „vertröstet“ absolut nicht zu empfehlen. Hab die jetzt seit einen Jahr und jetzt sprint der linke Kopfhörer schon rum.

Le casque dort déjà depuis plusieurs mois au fond d'un placard
Je suis très déçu de l'avoir acheté
Je préfère écouter ma musique sur un vieux casque beat solo 3 , qui est loin d'être parfait, qui a besoin d'être equalisé, mais qui sait donner l'amour de la musique et la soif d'écouter toujours plus de musique
Votre casque auralu n'a pas convaincu mes oreilles
Il ne donne pas la profondeur aux enregistrements
Il est certes très équilibré mais manque de profondeur et de détails dans le grave et manque aussi de finesse et de détails dans les aigus
Une écoute sans âme, sans vie, sans vitamines .
Une écoute de la musique propre, mais très basique .
C'est un premier de la classe qui n'a rien compris à la beauté de la musique .
En quelques mots : votre casque auralu est bien triste à l'écoute et très vite ennuyeux
Je pense que votre équipe a encore de gros progrès à faire pour proposer un casque de qualité digne de ce nom
J'espère que mes commentaires pourront vous servir pour améliorer vos produits

Different name, same con man
This cheap rubbish comes from China. You will not find a return address on their website. You can find the same products for a couple of quid at the known large Chinese websites.
What can you do?
1. Report a scam website on the National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC) website. You can report a website you think is scam. It only takes a minute, they say.
2. If you paid by creditcard, call your creditcard company and explain you have been scammed online and ask what form could you fill in to get your money back. It might take a while but you might get it back.
3. Find the owner of the website on (Whois UK) .uk RDAP here you can see when it is registered and by whom. Just good to know.
These are Wolfs in Sheep's Clothing.
They constantly change the name of the website, the email address (changing company name same style) and everything else remains the same. Check Nobalte, Auralu, Elara Market. Same shit, different name.

You deserve zero star. The worst support and After-sales service I have ever seen... You are acting in bad faith.
You have changed the brand for melohar.com and website is already crashed.
Band of scammers. Good chance with the police... 😋
Don't trust these people.
Had them less than a year and they won't turn on. Don't know how to get them repaired/ replaced. Con artists based in China using a Hong Kong address for some credibility.
I bought the headphone without seeing…
I bought the headphone without seeing the comment here. When I read here all bad comment I felt very bad cause everyone is not happy with auralu product. I took me 1 month to receive it, I was thinking get a piece of crap regarding all comments here, but in the end for the price (110€) I don't think their is a product that it's far better. The overall product is ok, not high quality but not shitty as well. Good basic, I use everyday the last six months, nothing bas to say, just you can't listen to it when it's plug. This don't deserve 1*, people are to frustrate nowaday

I ordered a pair of ear buds from this company after reading reviews that I later found out were fake. When I ordered, I was tired and in a rush, my judgment impaired.
Realising my mistake, I emailed to cancel the order within an hour of having placed it.
No response.
I emailed later in the day and then also the following day.
No response.
Two days after that, I received a reply saying that my order had shipped and therefore cancellation of the order was not possible.
A week later the item arrived and I emailed to ask for a refund.
They asked me what was wrong with them and I explained that I hadn’t unpacked them, I just didn’t want them.
They told me that I couldn’t return the item to the UK warehouse address they had been ‘shipped’ from but instead would have to send them to China at my own cost and that there was no guarantee of a refund if I did. The wording of the email was brusque and borderline aggressive.
After insisting that distance selling laws meant they were legally obliged to refund me, (I suspect they are exploiting legal loopholes or that these laws do not apply to them as their company is based overseas.) they offered a 10% refund.
I did not want a partial refund, I wanted my money back.
This went on and on until I simply couldn’t be bothered any longer.
I am £80 down.
They are now trading under a different name. See other reviews for this name as I can’t remember as I write this.
My advice:
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!
Actually pretty decent
Lost my Samsung buds and wanted cheapish but decent replacement. Tech review said these were great and cheap so I ordered.....then saw the reviews. Heart sank, but on credit card so protected. They arrived...I love them. Good sound quality, comfy and cracking battery life. I'd defo buy again

No noise cancellation. And added high pitch sound, that really hurts after a while. It’s almost like they want you to have tinnitus.

Eén ster is nog te veel: kansloze communicatie, retourneren kost je 25€ porto en nemen ze vervolgens niet aan en krijg je vervolgens retour gezonden. Hopeloos bedrijf!!!
Do not buy from Auralu
Do not buy from Auralu! I bought a pair of earphones which came highly rated and on par with Apple. When they came they were rubbish: the sound was not clear and the noise cancellation and transparency mode were terrible.
I started the returns process December 2023, had to pay a good amount of money to ship them back to their warehouse in China and they did not even make it through customs because Auralu did not give all the information needed to return the items, when they said they did. For a company whose clients are based abroad, they should have sufficient knowledge in the returns process for their own country. Absolutely ridiculous and these earphones cost a pretty penny too.
Do not buy from them. Consumer laws in the UK will not help you, sorry. If you're looking for good quality, cheap earphones I would suggest Kreafunk, Sony or JBL.

Arnaque à fuir absolument. Les écouteurs bluetooth viennent de chine et tombent en rade très rapidement. Le site a depuis disparu, et a été remplacé par melohar, une autre arnaque.

Au vu du prix, Le casque est vraiment en matériaux de mauvaise qualité, le son est juste acceptable pour un casque a 30€ si il avait été acheté chez Tonton Ali!
Je ne comprend pas comment j'ai pu tombe sur de si bon avis au moment de la commande...??? Les vendeurs ont ils payés pour de la mise en avant de produit?
Service client en chine que je pensais en France et donc les frais de renvoi sont cher!
