The rubbish I received was nothing like the photo. The seller has not returned my texted with photos supporting my claim wanting to return. There is no contact details just a PO Box in Sydney

The quality of the products was very disappointing. The material felt acrylic and stitch lines around the neck and hem lines were visible and very cheap looking. They felt plastic and the quality was VERY POOR! The images look lovely but the actual product is DEFINITELY NOT WORTH IT. Can buy better quality clothes from Kmart or Aldi!!!

My purchase was poor quality, sized incorrectly and had a long delivery. Refunds are almost impossible with options given by the company difficult. I was offered 10% of the refund. You are unable to use Australia Post. Would absolutely NEVER use again.

I have had the same experience as everyone else on this website. If only I had come to Trustpilot to check the reviews on this company, I would never ever have ordered from them. They are the worst company I have had to deal with. Same as everyone else: thought they were an Australian company, got sucked in to there upselling after placing an order eg. get another pair of shoes for half price, very very poor quality, sizing is not correct, orthodpedic? what a load of shit, etc. etc. etc. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY... IT IS ABSOLUTE CRAP. And don't get me started on their so-called return policy. You can't return them to an Australian company, no, you are supposed to send the goods back to China!! by Fedex which costs 4 times of what your order is worth. Don't do it. Delete this company from your facebook, website, shopify account, wherever you saw them - block, block, block.

Extremely poor quality . Not a Sydney company as advertised. Item came from China. Cost of sending back expensive so I waisted $74 dollars on an item I will put in the rubbish bin

Absolutely disgusting item plastic boots squashed in a plastic bag no size no leather stamp as they state they are leather but are not state they are orthopedic boots but they are not. Even the soles are plastic I paid 65.00 for this crap now I get told I can except 10% refund an keep plastic boots or pay a very special delivery at full cost to me so god knows when I'll get my refund as have to wait till China takes them back and unsure cost to send them back.. Aussie wear you should be ashamed of yourselves you advertising is fake I'm going to report to consumer affairs of your disgusting false sale technics.. I've screen shot your false sales technics.. wouldn't put it past you that slave labour for adults etc just like the EV dirty batteries that people are getting killed over

I ordered 2 cardigans from this company. The products looked fabulous on the site but when they arrived they were hideous! I ordered medium size and they could easily be an extra large, the material was a polyester shiny look instead of the wool look advertised.
Also I thought I was ordering through an Australian company with the name Aussie Wear Sydney and the girl wearing the cardigan was walking down a Sydney Street.
Fraud on every level in this transaction. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. The very last line of the returns policy states that returns need to be sent to The Netherlands or China. I received my order, which I wanted to return. The first email offered to send me a different size for an extra amount, without having to return the original. Warning lights. I declined. The next email offered me a 10% “refund” and I did not have to return the items. Finally I was sent an email with the return details. A very dodgy address in China, and the Fedex costs were more than what I paid for the products.

The shipping address was a PO Box address in NSW. Also, the website creates the impression that they have a shop in Sydney. There is no shop.

Bought dress. Not what I ordered. Quality is horrible, nothing like the photo or description, and not worth the price ( or even near it). Stupid rip off. My errror for trusting "aussie label".

I was very dubious after i ordered and then checked reviews but I have not had a problem. The dress is nice and good sizing and colour. The fabric is jersey and I expected a type of ‘wool’ synthetic fibre. But it’s still nice and I will wear it with boots. I can’t comment on emailing but I was kept up to date with the tracking. Definitely made and sent from China and equal quality to nice Temu dresses. So my experience is generally positive.

Avoid this company. They are a scam and are definitely not Aussie! They cancelled my order without refunding me!

I also got scammed. I thought it was an aussie company but wasnt. Sent me shoes 2 sizes to big . Do not deal with this company. Fraudulent. Costs you the earth to send back. 2nd time caught as they changed their name

Unbelievably bad and rotten to the core they also have a fake Trust pilot logo on their site claiming to have 4.5 stars which clearly from this platform they have nothing but one star, if I could I would give them minus -50. Where do I start lousy products they take photos from other designs and pass off really bad knock offs while saying they have a store in Sydney which they don’t furthermore their return policy is a joke and a lie they say you will have to pay tariff/duty yet Australian online shoppers do not pay tariffs with Asia. They also say they can refuse the parcel when it arrives this has happened to me before with another company it costs a fortune to send back and then legally they can refuse to accept the return leaving you even more out of pocket. This company should be banned fro operating in Australia and i intend to seek legal action against them vile vile company stay well clear 🙏

Do not do business with this fraudulent company. Firstly, they suggest that they are selling Skecher shoes from their advertisement. Secondly they imply that this is an Australian company (which it is not). Thirdly, they offer a 30 day refund if unsatisfied with the cheap rubbish shoes they supply. If claiming a refund, they want the product returned to an overseas location which would cost as much to return as the original price of the shoes.

Cheap plastic ill-fitting shoes instead of the advertised leather. Told I had to send them back to China and pay postage- which would be $40. So I binned them. They are NOT an Australian company.

This is not even worth ONE star ! Totally disgusted with their product and having to send the garment back to China !! China.....it's supposed to be an Aussie Product coming from Sydney ! This is totally fraudulent advertising and this said garment is only fit for the bin as I certainly would not venture outside wearing these "Elegant" slacks! I shall make sure all my friends and anybody else that cares to read these reviews, realise what a big CON this is.

Don’t order from this Company! I thought that with a name like ‘Aussie Wear’ it would be good quality and Australian made. These products are very poor quality, don’t look anything like those in the original pictures and certainly don’t fit the description given.
To be fair, they did refund me for a piece of jewellery that was broken.
