I never received my batteries and got no response from emails I sent

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from this website.
The Dyson V8 battery I bought stopped working after less than 10 uses. Have tried to contact them several times with NO RESPONSE.

You really would need your head read to use this company.
The trust pilot rating should be enough.
The products are incredibly inferior, there is no customer service and no ability to refund due to the fact they refuse to communicate after purchase.

A truly bad shopping experience

I placed an order and paid for two different types of battery I received confirmation for both types but when delivered only received one of the two. No ammount of e mails have been able to elicit a response.

Agree with everyone else here. Ordered a Dyson battery which stopped working within a few months. Requested a refund, which they agreed to, then sent a refund confirmation. It wasn’t until I checked back months later that no refund every came through, they said it was a processing error but now they are going around in circles not refunding me so I am convinced they’re just lying. Absolutely DO NOT buy from them, their products are rubbish, their customer service equally so. I wish I’d looked here before buying.

I purchased one Hisense remote. It worked fine with our TV. The delivery date was 2 days, but we received it 5-6 days later. When I emailed the customer service, they responded quickly. We were notified it may take 7-10 days without tracking information. This item was of good quality. I am pleased with my items and the service I received.

Google search links take you to the wrong batteries it turns out on their site. Since then, have been trying to contact this company to exchange a battery I bought in error and they have said a week ago they will arrange an exchange but nothing!

Do not buy from this company, they are a scam provider. Faulty Dyson 8 battery after a few weeks. Reported they would resend another battery under warranty, but then no further emails and no battery.
Very disappointed and a waste money!!

Have been trying to contact this company to exchange a battery I bought in error and no response. They don’t appear to have a contact phone number so email and webmail are the only options.

Scam website DO NOT GO THERE Take your money but do not supply the goods, they do not reply to any emails.

Aussie Battery sent me an item which was faulty. I emailed photos etc and to ask for a replacement. They are only contactable by email and I didn't get a reply for 3 weeks. Then they said they would send a replacement, but nothing has come. They have not replied to my email requesting a postage tracking number. I've got no response, no replacement, no refund.
They no longer have my business.

I purchased a Dyson V6 compatible vacuum battery, but when I received it, the battery would not hold a charge. I contacted the company about the issue but received no response.

Shipping information took four days to receive, battery arrived after about a week - seems a little long for something coming from Sydney metro.

I ordered two batteries and was only sent one.

6 emails have been sent attempting to establish contact and rectify the situation, all without reply.

Purchased a Dyson replacement battery. They invoiced me for the correct battery but sent a different one for earlier model. They have not replied to my repeated queries as to how to get the correct battery or a refund.
No telephone number is available, or on-site reviews. Wish I never heard of them.

This business is a scam took my $26.35 for a replacement Hisense remote. No product sent and no replies to email after 2 weeks.

Scammer website takes your money then does not dispatch products. They ignore emails so you cannot get a response. We got our money back by disputing the charge with the credit card company ..... and then they had the hide to send an email saying it was our fault with our credit card even though the money was processed to them months ago. Total scam. AVOID !

I have had an ongoing issue regarding an order with AussieBattery (aussiebattery dot com) since 8 Dec 2024. I became concerned when a company purporting to be Australian based charged me in a foreign currency. I tried to contact them, but they do not respond to any emails, and they do not list a phone number. I eventually received part of my order. When I tried to again contact them, using the phone number on the AusPost delivery declaration the number was not in service, and the address used is a residential house address in Victoria (NB the number was a NSW number).

This company continues to be elusive and deceptive and seem uninterested in providing a quality service. I would never use them again and urge others to considered if this is the kind of business they want to deal with.

Replacement Dyson battery lasted only one charge cycle then stopped working completely.
No response from the Company ever since.

Aussiebattery.com 8AH = Geniune 2AH Ryobi battery
I Purchased 6AH battery, received a 8AH.. Think that’s good ..mmmm…READ ON.
Note Batteries were 100% charged with a genuine Ryobi charger.
TESTS:
Tested this knock off 8AH on a Leaf Blower & it ran for 13mins with Weight = 653grams, Start voltage: 20.37v

Obtained a Genuine Ryobi 4AH (for a test). Tested on same Leaf Blower & it ran for 20mins with weight = 720grams.
Start voltage: 20.63v
CONCLUSION:
So… The Aussiebattery.com 8AH battery is actually equal to a Genuine Ryobi 2AH battery.
RECOMMENDATION:
Cost wise - you are better off buying a Genuine Ryobi 2AH battery instead of a Aussiebattery.com 8AH battery.
