Next day delivery and nice packaging

I bought a pair of trainers in 19th December and still not received them or any updates. I've written 3 emails and heard nothing. Non existent customer service. Awful.

Having initially taking a little while to respond due to Xmas period and the weekend, Josh got in touch with me and updated me on the order, confirmed the delivery would be with me next day,Josh apologised and said he would refund me the next day delivery charge. Haven’t received the order yet but the fact Josh reached out has given me a lot of confidence in Authentic 👍

I paid for standard delivery however I received my item next day. Very happy thanks

Ordered trainers 2 weeks ago…no trainers…no email response. I’ve spent £260…where is my order!?

Ordered a hoodie in a Medium.
It was oversized.... American sizing I'm guessing. I got in touch with the company and they agreed to give me an exchange. I sent the Medium hoodie back via Royal Mail tracked. They sent out the Small size on the day they received the Medium. No complaints. Great service and great product.

I initially gave this business 1 star because I waited more than 2 weeks with no response at all. After I posted my review online, they finally refunded me. I’m updating my rating to 3 stars because the issue was resolved.

DO NOT ORDER!
I ordered a pair of trainers for £150 on a 2-5 day delivery. Heard nothing for 12 days. Sent 6 emails and had no reply! Absolutely gutted. But just had to warn others as they are clearly NOT legitimate.

Order 2029….why are you not responding to my emails?!?! Where is my order?!

It was extremely tricky to get this order. After not receiving my item after they had said, i had to send them an email only to find out the item hadn’t been dispatched. Then spent an extra week and a half for the item to arrive. The item was okay although in the wrong size however I can’t be bothered with all the extra hassle this company adds to what should be a simple order.

However, they gain a star back as they were kind enough to refund the delivery charge considering it had been delayed by an extra 2 or so weeks.

10/10 definitely recommend

Service was perfect and great communication during delivery. I can’t complain about the product quality so I will 100% be buying from here again
