Lady I spoke to (Claudia) was easy to talk to, very patient and highly intelligent enough to know the importance of not interrupting mid speech considering my adhd memory is not quite great at marking points in conversations and I sometimes need to go through the longer route to get to the point I need to make

The lady that spoke to me was kind and…
The lady that spoke to me was kind and patient when I rambled a bit. The question on the pre assessment were concise and fairly easy to answer though some thought was needed. Overall a great experience that put me at ease and took away my feeling of imposter syndrome straight away. I came away feeling seen and listened to which was a good feeling to have.

Had a free initial screening call with a lovely Psychologist, who went through the questions she also really listened to my answers and didn't force me to go quicker and really took the time to listen and understand me. She made me feel comfortable and was very professional and friendly.

Really positive experience so far. The initial consultation was quick and easy to book, which made the whole process feel straightforward and accessible. Olivia was very warm, welcoming and easy to talk too. The assessment overall was fast, efficient, and very professional. Waited 4 days to get my results due to the BH weekend. No further screening needed.

Definitely worth it!!
I decided to go for the 15 minute consultation for my daughter because I wasn’t getting very far with the drs and I wanted to know what the next steps would be/if it was worth doing if they didn’t suspect anything. Olivia was amazing from start to finish! So understanding and listened to everything I had to say. There was no rushing as 15 minutes can go by so quickly especially with all the questions. Would definitely recommend to anybody that’s sitting on the bench wondering whether to do it or not

Had my initial screening with Claudia, who was a few minutes late but apologised and explained as to why, and the few minutes she was late she added onto the end of our session to ensure I received the full 15 minutes. She was very attentive, and did not push me out of my comfort zone, she was also very patient with me and thoroughly explained questions when I was unsure. Claudia is a very lovely woman, and I recommend booking with her for the initial screening process
