This is the dumbest website I ever been to my gf wanted to test her self after test was done then it said u have to pay a dollar for results wish I did then they set me for and automatic subscription whith no notification of it and charge me 30 dollars I ask for a refund and they said no worse support I ever experienced just be careful if you take the test don't pay for it not even worth it

Claims they only take one payment but really it’s just agreeing to a subscription which they don’t talk about so you get random notifications of money being taken out by them of £30 they do not let you cancel it

If you find the website through Google, it will invite you to take the test, withholding mentioning anything about the subscription charge. Only when you investigate further do you find the hidden costs or if you search for the website directly. Very misleading and fraudulent company.

Utter nonsense. Prompted to pay30p for an autism test result only to be charged £29.95 at a later date. No where is this clearly labelled as I would not have done it. Taking advantage of people, concerned about their mental health. Shame on you.

The most disgusting business model i ve ever seen, trying to trick you into buying a one time service for 0.50 cents while in reality you are buying a subscription service that was never mentioned unless you scrolled at the very bottom of the page and you will find it written with the tiniest and most transparent text possible. Its been 2 days since they scammed me with 30$ and they havent replied on my request to cancel this subscription!!! I dont understand how you can work in this company and being able to sleep at night without feeling disgusting about yourself. Trying to take advange out of vulnerable people and people that were just curious.

Scammy website, tricks you into a subscription. I completed the online ‘Free Autism test’ then at the end I was asked to pay 30p for my results. I reluctantly paid the 30p and received my results. At no time was it made clear that I was entering into a subscription. In my opinion it is a scam. Two days later £29.95 got taken out of my account. This is a substantial amount of money to me and I am extremely angry.

An absolute scam. Nowhere, while taking the test, does this say that you're agreeing to a subscription. The website asks for $1 for your results. We then found we were charged $53.73. Only when you investigate further, do you find the 'Pricing' link in tiny font at the bottom of the page. '$1 for 48 hours, then an automatic monthly subscription'.

How disgusting to take advantage of a section of the population who are trying to find out why they are different to others. These people are predators and scum.

I agree with what everyone else has said about this company. I took the test under the impression that it was free (as that is what it said on the first page before taking the test) but then I was asked for 30p which I happily paid however there was absolutely no mention of a subscription of £29.95. I only found out this morning when they took the money out of my bank.
I did not receive an email that stated I signed up for a subscription (I checked many time) and I very quickly asked for them to cancel the subscription. I emailed them to say I was not happy and they said this, "When you signed up, there was a 48-hour trial period with full access, during which you could cancel at any time before the subscription started. All details about the subscription, including pricing and renewal, were clearly displayed both on our homepage and before you completed your payment. You also agreed to our terms and conditions as part of the sign-up process. As your subscription was active and our services—including unlimited autism tests, personal assessment results, downloadable ebooks, and a range of resources—were fully accessible during the billing period, we’re unable to offer a refund." This is not true as I would not have paid the 30p.
They are fraudsters. I am going to report them to my bank as scammers.

This company is scam, first of all the test results are complete false and not accurate in the slightest.
But worst of all they disguise the fact they are going to take 30 pounds from you a complete disregard to what is quite clearly a vulnerable group of people complete disgrace

Please send an email to Stripe.com stating that you have been defrauded and requesting a refund and that the seller be blocked for misleading customers. Describe your story and the process of the fraud in a natural way. In the message, please add that there is no identifying information about who owns the company, no tax information, no phone number/helpline, etc.

Utter scam artists and a disgraceful attempt to exploit a vulnerable group.

The £30 subscription is only mentioned right at the bottom of the page in small print after the "testimonials". An honest outfit would mention this prominently.

They have made a low support needs autistic enemy now.

I would go lower if it were possible. Basically set up to scam people out of money for a shoddy test.

There is little to no reason for this to be a membership service, other than finding a way to rip people off.

I contacted them after seeing the money come out and basically they advised that they stopped the service, but will not refund.

I have politely advised them of my consumer rights and await my refund

I tried to email them and got told by Irene "I am only a customer service employee following the guidelines of my boss. I can't help you further."

They lure people in by stating on their homepage ‘no sign up needed- completely free’ however this is not the case. When you complete the test you are asked to pay 30p which most people will instantly do, however if you scroll further down that’s when it states you will be signing up to a subscription of £29.95. I only realised this once it was attempted to be taken from my bank however luckily I didn’t have enough funds, I have reported this as fraud so it is not taken from my bank again as I feel that all fees are not openly put on the website when you are putting your details on. When speaking to customer service they claimed ‘pricing’ is on the main page however it is pretty hidden at the bottom AFTER they state it’s FREE. When speaking to customer service to cancel my subscription I explained all my concerns as vulnerable people will also fall for this they were more concerned as to whether I had paid the £29.95 before cancelling.

Scam! They trick you into paying 30p to get your result and sign you up to a £29.99 subscription!! This is terrible. Don’t use them.

Paid $.50 for the test, was charged $19.95 later in my credit card for a “subscription “ that wasn’t mentioned prior to the charge. Why would you even want a subscription to a test you take once? Total scam. They would not refund my $ but my credit card sided with me when I disputed the charge.

Did the assessment online, was asked to pay £0.30 to get the marked results. I didn't see any mention of a subscription, in fact, the first I knew of it was when my account was charged £29.95 an hour ago. I emailed a cancellation request as soon as I realised and asked for a refund, they replied within 5 minutes saying the subscription had been cancelled bug the wouldn't refund because I accepted T&C's - which weren't presented. The purchased screen made no mention of a subscription, the emails I received made noention of a subscription. This is a scam. Do not fall for it. They are preying on people concerned about their mental health.

Edit: I did this again after clearing cookies etc clicking strongly disagree for every response and still scored 159/240. The results aren't even real.

I've cancelled my card and reported this to my bank's security department.

Complete scam and should be shut down. Tells you to pay £0.30 to receive your test results with NO mention of signing up for a monthly fee of £30 (despite them claiming to have clearly mentioned it after we complained). I even did the test again to see if I had missed something obvious and no, there is no mention at all upon completing your test that they will be attempting to take £30 from you a couple of days later, they just mention it conveniently out of sight on a separate part of the website. Do not give these shameful con artists any of your money, especially when they are praying on clearly vulnerable people.

**EDITED 24.6.25* I emailed them directly 'again' as advised from my response to my review and to be fair to them, were incredibly quick to email me back and not only reiterated that my subscription was cancelled and no further payments would be taken, but also that I would receive a full refund, so I'm grateful for that.
I hope that they do take the complaint seriously and make it clear and transparent in the future what is expected on completing the questionnaire, so that people are fully aware of what they are signing up to and also the cancellation form needs reviewing, as I'm not convinced that it works.**

Happily paid 30p for results to the Autism test, which was all quite fascinating, to later that evening/next day seeing £29.95 trying to leave my bank to pay them!
I completed the form to cancel 'monthly subscription' (that does not state clearly that this was the case on completing the questionnaire!) but received nothing back, so decided to email them directly to cancel it and make sure that they don't take my money (which is currently in pending) They respond to say that subscription has been cancelled and 'no further' charges will be made!
I advised that I would be getting my money back and reporting them, as this is fraudulent and devious activity!
