Complete scam and should be shut down. Tells you to pay £0.30 to receive your test results with NO mention of signing up for a monthly fee of £30 (despite them claiming to have clearly mentioned it after we complained). I even did the test again to see if I had missed something obvious and no, there is no mention at all upon completing your test that they will be attempting to take £30 from you a couple of days later, they just mention it conveniently out of sight on a separate part of the website. Do not give these shameful con artists any of your money, especially when they are praying on clearly vulnerable people.

**EDITED 24.6.25* I emailed them directly 'again' as advised from my response to my review and to be fair to them, were incredibly quick to email me back and not only reiterated that my subscription was cancelled and no further payments would be taken, but also that I would receive a full refund, so I'm grateful for that.
I hope that they do take the complaint seriously and make it clear and transparent in the future what is expected on completing the questionnaire, so that people are fully aware of what they are signing up to and also the cancellation form needs reviewing, as I'm not convinced that it works.**

Happily paid 30p for results to the Autism test, which was all quite fascinating, to later that evening/next day seeing £29.95 trying to leave my bank to pay them!
I completed the form to cancel 'monthly subscription' (that does not state clearly that this was the case on completing the questionnaire!) but received nothing back, so decided to email them directly to cancel it and make sure that they don't take my money (which is currently in pending) They respond to say that subscription has been cancelled and 'no further' charges will be made!
I advised that I would be getting my money back and reporting them, as this is fraudulent and devious activity!
AVOID!!!!!!!!

Took the test which claimed to be free before hand. Ended up asking for £0.30 in which I decided to pay after all the questions. 2 days later I get charged £29.95. Luckily my card blocked it on suspicion of fraud and got a new card delivered so they can’t steal any more of my money. It does say somewhere on their website about charging this money every month but it’s quite hidden to attempt to steal money from vulnerable people. Stay away from this website unless you are aware about this subscription and want to continue with it.

Did a 50 cent autism test for fun with a friend and it tried to charge me 30 bucks a couple days after the fact. I have to get a new card now do NOT trust this site.

Scam website. They say it’s free test but it’s actually a ploy to invest time, then they make you share your credit card details

Did my test and their site said pay 0.5€ to view the results and it’s an one time thing. 2days later got debited 30€ and they didn’t even send me an email about this.i found out when i checked my bank balance. Sent them an email to cancel the account and not sure it’s really cancelled or not since there’s no login required. I asked for a refund they rejected and I think I have the withdrawal period right that within certain days I can cancel and get refunded with no questions asked.

Please read reviews before you do anything with your credit card informations , I paid 0.50 for a test and they signed me up for a monthly subscription and they don't even tell you that before paying for the test. I asked them to cancel my subscription and hopefully they will respond soon cause this is insane

They advertised a FREE test then once they have all of your personal answers and email, they try to charge you for the result. FALSE ADVERTISING

They charged me .50 for a test now they are stealing money from my account every month.

I took their autism test and paid €0.50 to see the result, which was vague and unhelpful. The next day, they tried to charge €30 to my card without warning. Luckily, I blocked the payment in time and wasn't charged because I've had not enough funds available.

This site feels deceptive — no clear info about a subscription, and many others report the same. I wouldn’t recommend it, especially to people seeking real support.

Say free and instant online results but they ask for card details and a payment before they show you AVOID!

I did the test and I was aware the 48 hour trial, I expect an email to confirm my subscription when the trial is about to end. But no, I was not even notified when the subscription started. All happened silently. As per their website, I request refund request but said that I read all terms and policies and so I can’t request a refund :(

Warning! Complete scam. You can't login to their website to cancel your account. They continue to charge you after saying the account is cancelled. I called my bank and they said this company is a scam. I had to cancel my card.

I payed £0.30 for my test results. I check my bank and now have been charged £15.99 for a continuous subscription which I didn’t agree to, or was even notified about. This is a scam to take advantage of you. I have emailed them and they said ‘your subscription has now been cancelled’ but you can’t even log into the website to check this either. So I have no idea if it’s even cancelled. I have asked for proof to see this but apparently they are having ‘technical issues’. Just avoid this. I don’t care about the refund, I just want to make sure it cancelled

I agreeded to $1 for test rest. I was then signed up, WITHOU Tmy consent!! for a subscription $39.95 a month.

This is a scam, they say it’s 30p to see your results, but sign you up to a subscription without telling you! £15.99 down the drain. They’re parasites

Scammed.. free test, then 30p, then 24hrs later come back for 15.99 on a subscription I never knew I had. Pathetic.

This website says 'get instant insights in just a few minutes. No sign-up needed - completely free and clinically informed' and then took me to a page where you have to enter bank details and pay $0.50 and then it automatically signs you up to a rolling $16 monthly subscription that starts after 24hrs after you subscribe unless cancelled before the 24hrs is up. Lucky I came to reviews before I went ahead with the enticing $0.50 purchase for results.
