Avail helped me to be in control of…

Avail helped me to be in control of renting my house myself. I really appreciate the email notifications from prospective tenants that are sent to me immediately by avail. I’m greatful for the assistance. One very important improvement I would like to see is prescreening tenants somehow prior to showing the property to them. I don’t feel safe just getting contacted by people who I have no way of making proper identification with. I noticed realtors have an online service that can look up anyone and give their criminal background and other details about prospective tenants. I get many inquiries about my property and often they seem to come from children posing as adults it’s frustrating. Thank Avail you do make it possible for more people to access services online without paying realtors.

TransUnion, the company that provides the screening reports, has recently moved towards a more thorough background check process that sometimes requires manual verification from state and local agencies. In most cases, the reports are available within 48 hours, but it can take longer if manual verification is required. While this extends the timeline, it ensures the most accurate information is provided to our landlords and their applicants.

May not work for everyone …

A waste of time for my family we paid this company 50 per person (4) plus 98 dollars, It did nothing. I had to pay another 450 to be background by the COA. Avail could not verify anything to the COA. They did not add my rental payment history. I would be due your due diligence before signing up. It may work for some, but did not for my family and the 298 dollars hurts. Realtor.com makes it seem like it's a seamless process not all communities will use the info from them so you end up paying multiple times. I'm trying to see about a refund, if they provide that I would change my review.

Good Leasing Venue
