Level 2 survey. Money well spent, following the survey I did have some concerns which were highlighted in the report for my solicitor to follow up on. My surveyor Adam Moore took the time to discuss his points and it gave me reassurance that I’ve asked my solicitor the correct questions. Adam kindly sent over photos of his survey and kindly said if I have any further questions just to get in touch.

Our surveyor was friendly and more than happy to discuss initial points of concern over the phone before they conducted the survey. The report was conclusive, which has no doubt given us a better understanding of the property we're purchasing. It would have been beneficial if the report was supported by photos. However, despite this, we ultimately experienced great, friendly, communication and a quick turn around of the report itself.

The survey report was very detailed and easy to understand. It contained details of any defects found , some of the defect had a possible cause and a helpful measure of importance as to when they need to be addressed . I found it very helpful during my house purchase.
