We booked a survey with a bank holiday shortly after and expected this to delay they report being sent, but we were wrong. The still delivered the survey within a week of the date it took place. The report was detailed and easy to read. They contacted us to check if there was anything specific we wanted to be looked into closer and were very good at communicating through the whole process.

A detailed report was provided with quick turnaround, I was also able to contact the surveyor directly with any questions which was very helpful as a first time buyer

Andrew came to do our survey and valuation , arriving early and clearly explaining what he needs to do and how long it takes , he did his job, checked a few details with us and that was it. Really quickly we received the valuation back which was important for us and we were very pleased with his valuation . Great service. Would highly recommend.

Very detailed report done quickly.

I got in touch with Avery & Co through their website after finding them on the RICS website. After making my query, I was given a detailed outline of what each survey included. We opted to go for the Home Survey Level 2 plus a Valuation. I first spoke to Pam who was very helpful and even managed to push our survey forward. Andrew (surveyor) then gave me a call and discussed my concerns prior to the survey taking place. I then received the report around 6 days later and it was very detailed. I asked for a follow up call with the Surveyor and this took place the same day. Andrew answered the questions we had and as a result we were able to also get the price dropped for the property due to the survey findings. Would recommend Avery & Co to anyone looking to get a survey done on their potential house.

We found the experience very organised. Pam was very helpful and efficient.

The only suggestion I have is if photos could be taken by the surveyors to be included in their reports.

Other than that a very good report was provided.
