Founded in 2004, Avery & Co are experienced and independent Chartered Surveyors. We have local surveyors covering Merseyside, Cheshire, Lancashire, Greater Manchester, Yorkshire and North Wales. We specialise in residential surveys and valuations, we are fully regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and our surveyors are local, highly qualified, and honest. We are able to offer a variety of valuations for purposes such as; purchase, sale, taxation (capital gains tax and inheritance tax/probate), Help to Buy, expert witness, and affordable housing including Rent to Own, Right to Buy, Right to Aquire and Shared Ownership. We offer RICS Surveys known as a 'Level 2' (HomeBuyer Report) and a 'Level 3' (Building Survey). These reports are designed for people wanting to purchase a new home or investment property. Surveys are vital to assess the condition of a property and can highlight a variety of defects or potential legal concerns. We support our customers by providing them with personal, comprehensive and helpful advice so that they can make an informed decision. Excellent service from a great company
Requested a valuation prior to putting an offer in for the house we're currently renting as we'd had conflicting prices quoted.
Had to wait a while for the appointment, but they came at 9am and we had the report by 4.
Surveyor was polite and efficient and a 'red book' valuation is exactly what we needed.

Great Service
I called to book a survey after being recommended to them by an estate agent. They were extremely polite and professional on the call and got a survey booked in promptly.
The survey was done within a week or two and I received the report a couple of days later. The surveyor (Bill) provided great advice when I wanted clarification regarding some items on the report.
All in all, great service and I will happily recommend Avery Surveys to anyone needing a survey.

He phoned on the day of the survey to ask if there were particular areas or poonts that were significant for me.
After sending the survey to me he was happy to answer a couple of additional queries that I had.
