Jeg har VPN hos AVG,Men jeres system bliver ved med at sige,jeg skal købe den hos jer-det har jeg gjort for længe siden-Men den bliver ved med at sige køb AGV , hvad foregår der,forsøg på plat eller hvad, jeg har prøvet meget ,intet hjælper mig,det er ikke okay at man køber VPN hos AGV,og de bliver ved med at sige at jeg mangler en VPN? Det er den sorsteste løgn, jeg bruger den dagligt,men i bliver ved med at opfordre mig til at købe, og det har jeg gjort, men dette system siger det modsatte, trods jeg har en kørende, der er købt ved AGV,noget sejler ved AGV 🤯.
Dette må komme af rod i butikken,siden i ikke reagerer!!!

**Nie wieder AVG – eine Rückerstattung darf nicht so schwierig sein**

Ich möchte andere Verbraucher ausdrücklich vor meiner Erfahrung mit AVG warnen.

Ich habe das Produkt am **17.09.2026** gekauft und bereits am **30.09.2026 fristgerecht widerrufen**. Trotzdem wurde meine Rückerstattung über **59,99 €** abgelehnt.

Was danach folgte, empfinde ich als völlig inakzeptabel: Ich habe sehr viel Zeit damit verbracht, überhaupt herauszufinden, wie und wo ich mein Anliegen bei AVG vorbringen kann. Auf den Hilfeseiten wird man durch verschiedene Menüs und Auswahlmöglichkeiten geführt, landet bei der Rückerstattung wieder auf anderen Seiten und muss sich regelrecht durch das System kämpfen, bis man endlich eine brauchbare Kontaktmöglichkeit findet.

Selbst für mich war es enorm schwierig, den richtigen Weg zu finden. Ich möchte mir gar nicht vorstellen, wie es Menschen ergeht, die technisch weniger erfahren sind oder nach mehreren erfolglosen Versuchen einfach aufgeben.

Genau deshalb schreibe ich diese Bewertung: **Andere Verbraucher sollten vorher wissen, worauf sie sich möglicherweise einlassen.**

Es geht mir inzwischen nicht einmal mehr nur um die 59,99 €. Es geht darum, dass ein Kunde nicht Stunden seiner Zeit investieren müssen sollte, um einen fristgerecht erklärten Widerruf durchzusetzen und überhaupt einen Ansprechpartner zu erreichen.

Mein Fall ist bis heute nicht abschließend geklärt und die Rückerstattung steht weiterhin aus.

Nach dieser Erfahrung steht für mich fest: **AVG – nie wieder.**

Last year they tried to take an annual charge (I haven't used them in 10 yeas) I eventually got a refund and assurance this would not happen again. Today they have just taken an annual subscription again. They are almost impossible to contact and like most US companies do not are about their customer base. Use at your peril

In all honesty: I personally experienced &witnessed their anitvirus does not work.
I experienced their predatory and deceptive business practices, aggressive upsells, difficulty cancel thw subscriptions. They were clearly notified there was no renewal. I changed my credit card number. They contacted my credit card customer service department and billed my new card. DECEPTIVE IMMORAL THIEVES!!!

Har meldt mig ud af det men de bliver ved med at trække penge og deres hjemmeside sender digv rundt hele tiden

Please do not trust AVG Company. They take your money and do not send the product. They also renewed my Antivirus with out my consent. I told them in a Email reply that I did not want my subscription renewed but they did it any way. They then took £109 out of my bank which I find appalling. It is impossible to speak or contact any one. Go with them at your own risk and that is what it is if you go with there company . It is clear they do not care about there customers wishes when they can treat people like this. Disgusting practice.

I alredy bought subscription to protect my PC. But it continiously sends me "risk alerts" and to sort them I have to pay another and another subscription. If You already promissed protection, why do I have to pay several subscriptions. I do not want to see every 30 min the mess about Your spam payments. Do not reccomend it to anyone! And no chance to cancel automatic subscription update. Only to cancel it strait away and loose money for the rest of the year! Basic subscription do the same as windows defender. So no reason to pay them at all.

Jeg er ved at afslutte mit forhold til AVG, så jeg har afbrudt den automatiske fornyelse, men en uge efter har de trukket penge uden min accept, og de har ikke sendt mig en mail som de påstår. Jeg har derfor ingen mulighed for få mine penge tilbage 😡

Ja, wie schon Andere mitgeteilt haben - das ist eine betrügerische Firme. Kündigungen sind sehr schwierig durchzusetzen, werden nicht bestätgt. Dafür wird unberechtigt weiter abgebucht. Auch PayPal hilft nicht!!!
Hier ist man ausgeliefert! Das ist ein schlimmer Verein. Warum wird denen nicht das Handwerk gelegt????

They have an automatic renewal subscription, trying to contact support, cancel a subscription or get a refund has proven extremely difficult on their side, we managed to cancel the subscription which was not working before, when following their link to get a refund, the page will take you to contact an agent, when you click on it, the page will disappear and take you back to your account page, not connecting you to an agent, it will take you into a loop until you give up, I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone, I view them as scammers and this is how people fall into the trap, do not create an account if you value your time or money

Kündigung wird negiert. versuchen ständig abzubuchen

Mail na het verlopen van een abonnement en de titel ervan. De dicterende toon dat wat ik moet doen.
Vreselijke ervaring. Als iemand zo begint is het gelijk finito.
Dan, de controles en de berichten erna dat je vooral nog meer abonnementen af moet sluiten om e.e.a. te voorkomen.
Niet erg klantvriendelijk en abonnement uitzingen en dan nooit meer terug.

AVG Antivirus. Die Kündigung des Probe Abos wurde nicht zur Kenntnis genommen. Ebenso die außerordentliche Kündigung. Der Betrag für das Jahres Abo wurde einfach von meiner Kreditkarte abgebucht. Versuche jetzt die Stornierung der Abbuchung über die Kreditkarte zu erreichen und habe meine Kreditkarte sperren lassen, damit keine weiteren Abbuchungen erfolgen können. Auf meine Reklamation wird nicht reagiert.

AVG ANTIVIRUS ist nicht zu empfehlen, hab nur Probleme damit, hatte ich letztes Jahr gekündigt, nun haben sie einfach wieder 93,99 Euro von meinem Konto abgebucht 😡 habe ihnen geschrieben....es wird einfach nicht darauf reagiert!
Leider musste ich einen Stern abgeben, verdient haben sie aber 😡😡😡😡😡

I installed AVG Ultimate on my android mobile phone.
As soon as I installed AVG Ultimate, my camera doesn't work anymore and I can't receive or send emails anymore!!
I've spent so many hours trying to contact AVG for help and what a nightmare that has been. It's all AI and I've been going around in circles. Maybe, just maybe, this review may help in some form of contact with me to resolve these problems and this review will then be removed.
I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling AVG Ultimate, but to no avail. I want to cancel my subscription and get a full refund if I can't contact them and resolve this issue.
Otherwise, AVG seems to be working great.

ik heb de contributie betaald mijn beveiligingsnummer was blzu3f-r7xv72-qlgja heb nooit bescherming gehad. alleen het aantal fouten gaf het aan verder werd er niets verwijderd klanten service niet bereikbaar alleen bellen tegen 0,90 pm jammer genoeg voor twee jaar afgesloten, gelijk opgezegd
