I have had extremely good service with Awards.com since day one. Our company uses them for bulk requests each month. They are very responsive with and handles all our requests quickly. Recently, one of our employees received their award broken during shipping. With the award's 30 day warranty process, my contact had a replacement processed within the hour, and the employee received it with no issues. I asked for the same award as the previous year. The ones I received are 70% smaller.
Awards.com just tried to convince me I asked for the smaller size. Which I didn’t. Would change to 0 stars if I could.

After reviewing the order and prior communications, you specifically requested item AWD2851-H-L (2.5” x 3”), whereas your previous order was for the larger 4” x 6” version (AWD2854-H-L). While both are part of the same product line, they are different sizes and priced accordingly.
We’re always happy to help ensure repeat orders match exactly, but we do rely on the item details provided at the time of order, as needs can change year to year. That said, we’re sorry for the disappointment.
If you’d like, we’re happy to assist with a discounted reorder in the larger size.
Update to edited review: No one was trying to “convince” you of anything. As part of our standard process, we reviewed the order details to understand what happened and prevent future issues. That review included your email directing our team to order the smaller size, along with the corresponding SKU.
We understand that mistakes can happen, and we’re happy to help by offering a discounted replacement in the larger size to make this right.
Absolutely Not...
The product I received is absolutely not like the design files I emailed. Not to mention there's no top etching at all. The complete design was sent through repeated email communications. Total failure. When this is rectified, it will be my pleasure to update this review with positive comments. I need this corrected immediately please. Thank you.
