Need to work on putting awards together... Better quality control is needed... but Customer Service Team made it right
The awards were delivered on time, but we had a few awards that actually came off their base and were not glued on correctly... it was very embarrassing to our executive team when the winners accepted the awards and the awards fell apart... Contacted Sheldon at Customer Service and he investigated, spoke with production and then refunded on the 10 awards that came off their base... Thank you for this follow up and refund...

I never received a notice to proof the order and the wrong logo was used. Also it was shipped to the wrong address!
