Resposta da Awards.com

You're absolutely right, and we sincerely apologize for the lack of response. Your email should have been researched and responded to more promptly. Unfortunately, because it did not include an order number, it wasn't properly escalated for further investigation as it should have been.

Our Customer Service Manager will be reaching out to you directly to review your concerns about the font size and ensure we make this right. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and the opportunity to improve.

I absolutely loved the plaques. I ordered a total of 10 items and I made a few changes through the process and their team worked with me every step of the way. They made sure that my order was delivered on time even with the short notice. I am very grateful for their professionalism, dedication, and commitment. Thank you to their team who were all so kind and helpful. Their products are worth every penny spent.
