Placed order October 30th. Advised dispatched then nothing. Chased on the 12th Nov and contact took days to the point I’ve had no contact for a week and I’m a PC and £600 out of pocket. Really poor customer service, absolutely gutted that I’ve had this experience compared to the efficient service other buyers are reporting. Feel like I’ve had no choice now but to leave a bad review and yet again escalate a complaint to get my money back.

AW Gaming was superb from start to finish. No pressure selling, listened to what I required and didn’t try to up sale. Called rather than emailing which gave a personal touch. Delivered as promised within 5 working days.

Absolutely love it. I love pc gaming. However, I hate building my own pc. Got the 3200G, 8gb, 500gb SSD. Runs fast, smooth. And a 600W PSU. Added a 1060, and it's a beast. (They didn't add 1 8gb ram stick, they added 2 4gb sticks, which is important. So they definitely get 5 stars, unlike most places that'll just add a 1 x 8GB stick). Case is big, especially if you wanna add a 3 fan GPU. Everything, including the wireless adapter was there. No need to mess around looking for drivers for it, worked instantly.

Honestly didn't expect a 600W PSU. Nor a decent fan cooler. They used decent, reliable ram, and components.

The cable management is also amazing. Great job guys!

A good PC, with good specs at a good price. Delivered on time and very pleased with it. Will not use properly until Christmas as its a present, but had a test run and it seems fine.

Amazing from the start. I purchased the computer Saturday, Thursday delivered. Customer service is great so don’t listen to these other reviews telling you otherwise. They build high quality affordable systems, capable of playing the latest games high FPS. The setup guide makes it super easy to get started and setup. Packaged superbly and safe. Couldn’t recommend them enough, they really get you a gaming bundle that won’t break the bank like other competitors.

This is my second purchase from AWGaming. The computers they build are great for my business. I need a computer that can handle everything from basic office software through to CAD design software. There is nothing worse when design if you have to wait an age to render high quality graphics for customers. These computers do it in seconds. I will continue to come back for any future office computer upgrades we require.

Came across AWGaming on Facebook marketplace when looking for a new gaming pc, spoke to Warren about the games I will be playing and that I want to be able to run them with max settings. And within minutes he sent over a detailed spec list for high performance pc that would do exactly what I wanted and without a crazy price tag too! Warren also answered any questions I had very quickly and with great explanations.
After choosing the pc I wanted I decided to collect it myself as I live 3 hours away and didn’t want to risk shipping it. Was greeted very nicely and taken up to their unit where my pc was up and running showing the spec list and I could test it as I pleased. Once I was happy and paid for it, they packed it up in front of my very well so I knew it would be fine driving home and gave my a box with the windows key and a wifi dongle as I opted not to have the wifi card installed. Then they extorted me downstairs and off I went very happy!

Once home and setting up the new pc I did encounter an issue with my windows activation key (no fault of AWGaming) but I notified them of the problem straight away, they contacted me on the phone the next day and helped fixed the problem there and then. Now been using the pc for a few weeks and had no problems! Runs WoW at max graphics easily. Very happy! Great customer service and very knowledgable. Thanks again guys! 👍🏻

Mouse lasted less than one day and was replaced
Monitor went within 6 months and despite trying to get it changed, they did not want to know
Pc hardwire had failed within 7 months, had to take to PC shop for it to be replaced- said cheap Chinese hard drive- had to start from scratch again.
Extremely dissatisfied and would recommend people to stick to places with better customer support, repair and replacement!
