I bought a pc recently i had one issue and they sorted it quickly i highly recommend them for an excellent pc at very good prices

AWGAMING were excellent from start to finish. They answered any questions I had prior to purchasing my PC and have been excellent resolving any issues I’ve had since. They even upgraded my SSD as there was a delay with my order. Could not recommend them more.

Received my PC. Well built. Well packaged with everything needed. Warranty was provided and all other bits of useful information needed for me to enjoy my PC. This is the only company that has worked for me. Better than the rest. 5/5 recommended

The website is set up in an efficient way that makes it easy to find what you want and keeps it simple enough to make it easy for anyone to configure a gaming pc for them, or to buy a pre built one as a gift. The case I originally chose wasn't in stock but they got in touch and we spoke about a change and because this delayed the shipping that I payed for, they compensated me with some upgrades, they upgraded my ram to gaming ram and also upgraded my graphics card to a better spec one but to also match the aesthetics of the pc. Unfortunately the graphics card had been damaged during shipping but the customer service team were incredibly responsive and we managed to get the old card collected from my door and a new one had arrived the next working day. I feel they went above and beyond do ensure the customer was happy, The product is excellent and does exactly what I needed it to do!

First class service needed the system by a set date for my sons birthday and the team went out of there way to make sure it was here from him, couldn’t recommend them more !!

This was a fantastic buying experience. I had absolutely personal out-of-hours support in discussing the best build for me and the advice was perfect. Not only do I have a PC that I'm delighted with but it arrived 3 days before I expected it to and at a price I'm still feeling very smug about. Thanks so much.

What made my experience great?

Well first of all the website is very easy to navigate and customise your own build.

I paid for express shipping and if it wasn't for the bank holiday would have been here well within the time frame.

I have had an issue with my windows key (now it's been resolved 100% my own fault) but I spoke with Carl who was quick to a solution and got me back on track.

I requested a WiFi card be added to my build but due to resriction with other components whis was possible but again Carl resolved the issue and came up with a solution that works!

The build quality is fantastic and so far so good, I love my custome PC and fell I will be happy with this fir manh years to come!

If I could give more stars I would! Excellent service and after sales. If you have any questions, very quick to respond and help out. Great knowledge and great if you’re just starting out, like me.

I made an order for a gaming pc bundle in May and was delivered on time however when I unboxed it and plugged it in the pc wouldn't start up. After speaking with technician that worked for company (Tyler) he couldn't figure out what was wrong so decided would be best to send it back to them. It took them 6 weeks to sort a collection and they found the cpu to have bent pins. I was then told in july that they would try and bend back the pins (repair) on the cpu or send a refund. After not hearing nothing since I called them today and was informed because of the condition of the cpu (how it came out the box my end) the supplier won't accept it as a return so they won't be refunding me or giving me the cpu back. AVOID AWGaming at all costs, you're better off building your own or finding someone else.

I started off with a ~1k gaming PC and heavily configured it, going well beyond the options available through the web form. I had email and phone conversations with Carl who helped me choose the optimal configuration wrt. being future proof, noise levels etc. The PC was shipped within 5 days and arrived exactly as configured. I couldn't be more happy with the service provided, value and helpfulness of the team. Thank you!

I order a pc bundle, during transit something had come loose the technician was amazing help to get it sorted as soon as possible after sending it back to find the problem and was in communication the whole time and i now have a wonderful gaming set up.
