I‘m a regular customer, their Shea butter is excellent, always delivered on time as well. Everything being 100% Aussie is a bonus!

I have used a wide range of oils from this fabulous supplier, and each has been top-quality,, beautifully packaged and presented, and delivered promptly. But most of all, these oils are totally superb.

I have been buying my oils from AWO for many years; the products and service are incredible. I highly recommend all of the products. I'm a loyal customer, would not buy anywhere else. And of course, 100% Australian is the added bonus!
Thank you once again AWO, well done.

Ordered 5kg shea butter (to be send from the Eastern states of Australia to Perth) and it arrived in a week.
That impressed me because if you order from the other side of the country it usually takes two weeks and longer making me think that most companies send their goods by stagecoach.

Well done AWO team, you proved it can be done quicker. Thank You!

Great products. Arrived quickly

I ordered "Rhassoul Moroccan Clay" 5kg for $150. When I started using it there was strong kerosene oil smell instead of normal earthy smell. I contacted Customer Support and they asked me to provide batch number mentioned on the parcel/delivery box. Usually we don't keep the parcel box as we throw it upon receiving the delivery. AWO replied they cann't check for the product without that information. It means Customer need to have that parcel box saved or keep the details but no where this has been mentioned or suggested. Also take a note about AWO cancellations policy, product must be returned unopened, unused, undamaged and in their original packing. In a way, there is no return and no support :)

My oils were delivered promptly, they came beautifully packaged. The quality and value are great. Will definitely be making more purchases, thankyou

Delivery was in a timely manner, products are exceptional, will be making another purchase soon

AWO has the particular (unusual) oil we were needing and shipped it without delay. The product is both high quality and beautiful and we are very happy to have discovered this company. Many thanks.
