Ibrahim is an A* dude- I've booked through Ibrahim many times over the years, and every experience has been excellent. He takes care of everything from start to finish, and if any issues come up, he sorts them out straight away, even with the time zone difference.
Most recently, there was an issue with my wife and son's tickets at the airport. Ibrahim immediately got in touch with PIA and the airport staff and resolved everything without me having to do a thing.
Reliable, responsive, and genuinely cares about his customers. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone.
