Don’t recommend at all!!! They have 2 names Pro Despach and Ayymin Solutions, need to find both companies on trust pilot to pass my message to the world!
I used to work in the warehouse for Omar and he hasn’t pay me and from what I’ve heard he done the same to multiples people, my advice is to keep an eye on this guy and stop doing business with him soon or later he’ll run off with your money!!!
Just pay what you own to everyone and I’ll stop doing this is very simple!
Otherwise we’ll carry on doing this! Thief!

I had to cancel and find another place to buy, just getting ridiculous the way they lie!

So where do I start. I got sold dreams by Omar saying he can provide this and that. I took the bait. So I booked in 2 collection and delivery services for my customers on Ayymin Solutions portal. Someone on their end decided to book a collection from my customers house instead of my supplier (MAJOR ERROR) which left me with a frustrated customer who wants their order delivered ASAP, so we had to book a collection and delivery service with Palletways with the money coming out of our own pocket. Second collection I booked with Ayymin Solutions, they picked the order up from my supplier on time but decided not to schedule a delivery for 2 weeks. I've been calling and messaging Omar and his company but everyone keeps saying "we'll look into it and get back to you" (no one ever gets back to you by the way) so now that leaves me with another frustrated customer because a logistics company can't do their job properly.

Now here's the interested part. Ayymin Solutions use another logistics company called Pro Despatch. The second order I placed is stored with Pro Despatch, after having a lovely conversation with Pro Despatch, they have decided to deliver my customers order (might even work with them instead). However the reason why it was stored there and not delivered is because Ayymin Solutions have racked up a bill of 20k with Pro Despatch and Ayymin Solutions state they don't have the money to pay. So Pro Despatch didn't have any choice but to hold my customers order.

Its not possible to give ZERO stars, but this company should be given its own catagory that allows zero. Excuse after excuse and missed delivery dates missed for 2 weeks with still no sign of the good being delivered, and now no loner even answering their phones. Honesty is not something this company has in its DNA. The supplier that was using them has now had to order and dispatch a replacement item (not using this incompetent distribution company).

If we could leave a zero rating we would.
Not sure what’s happening with this company but they promise delivery dates and literally don’t deliver! Having to chase and chase every day, still haven’t received our items.
Honesty would be better... rather than false promises and excuses.
Excuses include: items are at the wrong depot, broken down vans.
We don’t like leaving bad reviews but due to the stress this has caused we feel we should... hopefully this company can resolve their issues ASAP.

Gary and Jammy did their best to get our mattress up the stairs still in the box, they both removed the Bo's and placed the mattress in the bedroom.
The old mattress was removed. Good job done.

I am struggling to understand the current score for this company based on my own experience and the testimonials of others here. Can't possibly be anything to do with all the short 1st time 5 star reviews.

Ordered an item on Ebay and was told Ayyminsolutions were delivering on or before 09/09/2022. (Which was one week after the Ebay arrive by date of 02/09/22).

No delivery on 09/09 so phoned and was told delivery would be on or before 15/09.

Spoke to Ayyminsolutions on 14/09 at 16:04. Person who answered told me my delivery was planned (with a route correction) and would be delivered from Glasgow next day. I was told it would arrive between 9 & 12, I should get a call in the morning and then a text 30 minutes before delivery.

No call/text on the morning of the 15th so I phoned Ayyminsolutions.

The next bit defies belief and IMHO is a new low.

I was first told that because of the Queen's demise on Thursday 08/09, drivers were not coming into work and were not answering their phones, even their agency drivers were letting them down! - if they weren't answering their phones, how did Ayyminsolutions know 'that' was the reason for them not coming in and, really? Yes, I know it's upsetting but your drivers have taken the week off with no contact??

I spoke to a 'supervisor' who initially tried to tell me that I didn't have the conversation with his colleague at 16:04 the evening before (I did, and I have call records). Despite not having that conversation, he said I shouldn't have been told what I was told.

He then went on to explain that I shouldn't have been told that drivers weren't coming in because of the Queen's demise either. My delivery wasn't going to happen because of the Queen's funeral procession in London the day before. They had taken the decision in their Walsall Office to cancel all delivery routes the day after (including my delivery). I asked how the Queen's procession in London the day before had impacted on my delivery from Glasgow to Edinburgh via a company based in Walsall the day after and, why the guy I had spoken with at 16:04 the evening before didn't seem to know anything about the planned cancellations. I was simply met with "let's move on"!! I was told they would try for tomorrow or Saturday. Not sure how many working folk can just take endless number of days off in the hope that a company might "try" to arrange deliveries, but that's not my world!

I find it absolutely abhorrent that any company would use the Queen's demise in this way to cover up their shambles of an operation. What kind of logistics company doesn't know at 16:04 the evening before that ALL delivery operations would be suspended the next day. I'm more offended at the reasons given for the complete shambles than the clear attempt to take me for a mug.

I have cancelled my order for a full refund, costing the merchant that uses this company a £495 sale.

If I could score 0, they don’t deserve not even a star. First phone call to tell me that delivery will be next day(Thursday8/09/22)…next day actually the van broke and they said they will come back with phone call to reschedule for Friday or Monday.
No phone call, no delivery and impossible to get in touch with them. Tuesday 13th my partner rang and they did answer to him, and guess what..they said our wardrobes will be delivered next day definetly Wednesday 14th.
Wednesday no phone call, no delivery. Later in the day i received an email saying that they had to reschedule for 21/09/22. This is a joke, lying us every day. They could just say from beginning they are very busy and they can not do it instead of lying every day that they will deliver next day and making us changing all the time our plans. It looks like very often their van is breaking as i’ve seen other feedbacks with same excuses.
Very bad experience

They hired a van from us, said they were doing local runs and we gave them an allowance of 500miles per week. They put 5,500 miles on a new van in 14 days.They gave us a bogus insurance certificate.
Police want to arrest them for obtaining fuel and driving off without paying.
Keep away from these guys

The pre delivery information was almost non-existent. The initial email on the 14 July said mattress now ready for delivery and expected to deliver in 2 to 5 working days and a 3 hour time slot would be given. Heard nothing so emailed on the 22 July to say heard nothing and they could deliver any day next week except Wednesday morning. Still heard nothing so contacted Reading Bedding who said possibly on Wednesday 27th. At 18.00 on Tuesday 26 July message to say delivery planned for next day Wednesday 27th and NO 3 HOUR TIME WINDOW. Replied to say yes if after 11.45 and no if before as I had a medical appointment in the morning. No response so managed to talk to Customer services at 8.15 to be told mattress already on its way. Agent contacted driver who then phoned and said expected to be with me by 9.30, which actually left me time to get to my appointment. Driver and mate excellent very courteous and good delivery. Giving so little notice and after office hours is not acceptable much more notice needs to be given.

First time using Ayymin Solutions Ltd and it was a breeze! Really great company and great service.

I was very happy with the delivery team. The only thing I would suggest is contacting customers with a delivery date not just calling on the day and hoping you'll be in. Other than that very pleased with the service.

I missed my voicemail message about expecting delivery as I was at work. I hadn’t previously been contacted so I had no idea of delivery date. No one was at home so Ben & Omar left sofa at neighbours who said they were very professional, polite and careful taking sofa into his house
