Horrendous! Firstly got a text with no advance warning, it was being delivered before 12! Perfect! No arrival, no text. I called and was told the van broke down, so took another week for them to give me a new date. Another day told me the day before, 9-11am. Didn’t arrival. Called customer service got told she would call me back, no call. Still no sofa! Fuming! Poor one year boy with nowhere to sit for the last week

Professional and so courteous - could not have asked for a better experience. Contacted in plenty of time so able to manage your day. Nice to have met with Gary and Dill. Thank you and safe driving

Where do I start.....no notification of time slot despite emailing the night before. No notice of date until late in the day, on the day before delivery. No chance given for me to plan around work commitments.
When called to chase time slot ( helpful polite customer service) was advised driver would get in touch,this didnt happen.
No contact from driver
Email from sevice staff-told driver called me 3 times- no missed calls or messages on my phone..strange?
When arrived (within the exact 3 hour timeframe I requested NOT to arrive (gave Ayymin chance to cancel if this was not suitable, due to working commitments- NHS, not easy to get away from work) told they have a one floor policy, would not take mattress to second floor of my house, no previous warning of this, we were ordering a Tempur mattress due to back problems! Yet we have had to carry it up ourselves!!! Complete dissatisfaction from start to finish.

The delivery guys were great, really good communication.

Initially we were told the bed would be delivered within days of arriving at the depot. A week went by so I contacted the company, I was told the bed would be delivered the following week, following many attempts of trying to contact the company (no one answering the phone or replying to emails) I was given a delivery date, the bed was not delivered on the date stated, again after many attempts of trying to contact the company I was given another date, same happened again - no bed. After 3 days of ringing every day and a lot of worry and stress the bed was delivered.

The staff were always very helpful and polite but I did wonder whether the bed was ever going to be delivered and was considering cancelling my order.

Delivery guys were polite and friendly.

These guys were very helpful when my order went wrong. They did a great job sorting it out and delivering my mattress and even taking my old bed. I recommend them.

The whole delivery process from start to finish was excellent, I received an email 5 days before stating when delivery would take place, I receive a phone call to confirm someone would be available at that time and if not I could rebook, I received a phone call on the day to let me know delivery was 45 minutes away, on arrival the delivery team carried the delivery into the living room, a very smooth, hassle free and professional process from start to finish.

Guys who turned up were very polite and very helpful carried everything inside and waited to make sure it was all there, great delivery team

Avoid at all costs!

I have been locked in a stalemate with Ayymins solutions since the
20 Jun regarding the delivery of my two settees. Long story short, they have proposed four delivery dates over the past two plus weeks. Each time I have had to take time away from work to sit in the house with no one turning up. It's no beyond a joke!

Each time I query the lack of delivery I recieve a feeble excuse, no apology just we'll get the Settees to you as a priority.

Shambles of a company with fundermental isssue at the root.

Efficient and friendly delivery and the guys took the mattress straight upstairs and removed the old one, despite being at the end of a long trip. Many thanks for the good service,

Ordered bed from ebay.

Apparently they attempted to dilver my bed. Myself and neighbours have CCTV. No van etc seen.

Now no one is answering me back after requesting new slot

Got a sofa set shipped by Brad and Zan both top blokes and very polite and enthusiastic so top marks to them .....

The company themselves are shocking time wasters after wasting our time with a few delivery dates we waited in on 2 other occasions after being told by the shop once it wiuld be here then by Ayymin themselves 2 while days wasted that's when they could be bothered to actually answer an email. I was expecting 7 items only 5 turned up 2 cushions at a cost of £56 have gone missing and a £300 mirror got smashed by the delivery company If I order again from anywere I will definitely make sure they don't use this delivery company 1st before I place an order. Ayymin had picked up my items and had them at their warehouse for 3 weeks before they was delivered. I hope my replacement mirror and cushions don't take as long to deliver... the delivery men them selves was cheery and polite they phoned at 6.50 am to say they would be with me within 10 mims at 7am and was both friendly and was honest about them breaking my mirror (.it wasn't strapped in whilst the van was packed up) They actually did a good job themselves and I I would recommend the actual 2 men as good to bring the products just not the actual company which was shocking. But this isn't the fault of the actual 2 delivery men who did an OK job.

Omar and Mac delivered my mattress on time, polite, put it on bed for me and took the plastic away . Very helpful. Thank you
