Andrei and his team were fast and respectful of our house and belongings. The move went smoothly and I would recommend this company. Will update this review once our items are delivered to our new address.

On the front end when they picked up our belongings everything was seamless. The problems we experienced on the delivery end was nothing short of horrible. The delivery driver showed up in our neighborhood and stopped short of his destination by approx 1.5 miles. called me and asked if I could come to his location because he was unsure how to find us. Upon me finding him he asked if he could ride with me to our home to evaluate his ability to access the rout and destination point. When I asked him if he was leaving someone with his truck while we were gone, he told me that he was alone and had no one with him. I asked him how was he planning to off-load our things without a crew and he said he was going to do it himself. Due to the size and weight of some of our furniture, it took two people to load at the pickup point. When we got to my home, and back to his truck he advised me that he would not be able to get his truck to our house as he didn't feel comfortable with the hills in our neighborhood even though we have 18 wheelers in the neighborhood almost daily due to new construction development on going. He said he would have to take his truck to another location and rent a smaller truck, transfer our belongings, and return the next morning. This would be an additional $800+.

When I called the company to inquire about the situation I was told that this was not uncommon, and it was up to the transport drivers as to his comfort with the delivery. When I inquired regarding the lack of personnel for the offloading, I was informed that he probably had a crew in rout to assist. I informed them that he told me he had no-one and was going to attempt it alone. Had he gotten to our home the first day he would not have been able to off-load anyway. They assured me that he would have help the next morning when he arrived. When the afternoon arrive the next day and I still had not seen them I called the company again and got more excuses regarding the situation. eventually, they arrived mid-afternoon and began off-loading. Upon completion, we already determined there were damaged items, destroyed items, and missing items. Many of the containers were broken or damaged and the drivers response to me was that he wasn't responsible for loading his trailer, he only takes it to the destination.

Buyer Beware!!! I would never recommend this company for any cross country move of anything that was of value.

Would give this negative stars if I could. These people are borderline scammers. When my items arrived in poor condition they tried to refuse to even bring the items into the house. They asked for $200 more or they would leave it on the lawn. This is after they hiked the price with other fees. They will try their hardest to rip you off. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS FOR YOUR MOVE. They work with Frontier Moving Solutions. AVOID BOTH.

Worst moving experience ever and really no protection to me.
I had a move of mostly boxes, very few pieces of furniture. What few pieces they moved they destroyed, not even just scratches, but destroyed that it’s either a complete replacement or treasured memories shattered. Do not use this company! They partner with Frontier Moving Solutions, also not trustworthy!! Protect yourself and find someone else for your move.

I wish I could give this company 0 stars. Not only did they lose 5 of my boxes full of books, academic materials, curriculum, and more, but they also destroyed a family heirloom antique coffee table that cannot be replaced. It is ABSURD! They have not treated me well. They insisted that I provide payment BEFORE they unloaded my items - this is not normal. DO NOT USE AZIMUTH GROUP INC FOR YOUR MOVE!!!! They also charged me an additional $700 for a U-haul rental because their Semi-truck would not fit on my street. They NEVER said anything about this extra charge. This is the WORST moving experience I have ever had. I have moved over 20 times. I will NEVER use this company again.

Everyone at Azimuth Group was extremely helpful during my cross-country move— Their communication and patience with all the questions I had along the process made me feel like I was in good hands the whole time. Overall very professional crew— would recommend!

I have been scammed by this company. They came and did not complete and take everything that they promised. They took my tv, entertainment stand, my son's bed and my kitchen and dining room furniture. They charged me $950 for the pick up and tried to manipulate me so that they did not have to help me finish the move.

Azimuth Group Inc. did a fantastic job with our move. They were professional, arrived on time, and handled our belongings with great care. They carefully disassembled our furniture and managed to pack up our entire one-bedroom apartment in about three hours. The team was friendly, efficient, and made the whole process stress-free. We couldn’t be happier with their service!

The worst moving company! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! After a 2 week delay of promised delivery date, they showed up with 1 driver and 2 amateur men they hired from Craigslist. They were here for 10 hours, after being promised they would be done unloading in 4 hours. The driver attempted to short change the Craigslist workers and ended up arguing in very loud voices after midnight in my neighborhood. Several items were missing and I had been sent SEVERAL items that were not mine. They didn’t rebuild the furniture (I had paid for this service) and ended up damaging furniture as wells as dropping my furniture on our wood stairs and newly painted walls. 9 months later, they have not repaired the walls or stairs (that they promised they would) and they are not paying the full amount of .60/pound for all damaged furniture. DO NOT use this company!

The whole experience of dealing with Azimuth Group Van Lines was excellent. One of the things I liked about Make was that he was easy to get in touch with via phone and that his pricing was fair.

Igor was professional, kind & hard-working. He explained the process in great detail, provided paperwork and took extra care in wrapping our items. He had some assistance and they, too, were very professional. With a move across several states for our family, this experience eased the typical stress. Igor would get more stars if possible. Having heard many concerning stories about long-distance moves from friends and family, I approached the process with some trepidation. However, Andrei and his assistant from Azimuth Movers delivered an outstanding experience that alleviated all my concerns, their professionalism and efficiency were evident throughout. I would confidently choose their services again without hesitation.

The movers with Azimuth group were kind when they realized I had forgotten to pack a few items in the kitchen, They got the job done quickly and did a final walkthrough. I received my items in two days.

I just used this for my move from Tampa to Colorado. They came loaded and since I didn’t have an address, they took it to their storage facilities till I could give them an address to drop off my stuff. Honestly getting movers is the way to go to be less stress. They are efficient loading and unloading, something that if I was doing I would take forever, take breaks, bribe people to help. Worth it, just budget for it!

Our belongings were moved from Miami, CO to Denver, CO. To start off, the office did a fantastic job with the initial booking and communication process.
The movers arrived on time, got everything packed and loaded in only 4 hours and we were off to Denver.
Delivery went as smooth as the pick up. Once everything was unloaded off the truck, the delivery unpacked everything, put all the furniture together and staged it to our liking.

I had an incredible experience with Azimuth! From start to finish, their team was professional, efficient, and extremely courteous. They handled my belongings with great care, using blankets, pads, and shrink wrap to ensure everything was protected. The dedicated truck was spotless, and I really appreciated that there were no hidden fees—travel time and packing materials were included at no extra charge!
