They ensured they had the right amount of space, helped pack breakable items and were very efficient. I would 100 percent recommend and use again! Thank you!

I used Safe Move to relocate my elderly, fragile parents from Denver to Tucson -- and it turns out they're just a brokerage firm that subcontracts to local moving companies, like Azimuth. The movers at pick-up were professional, efficient and polite; they packed quickly and carefully and delivered a contract to be signed. They charged an additional $75 for the extra distance they had to travel to get into the retirement home -- which I gladly paid. Those guys worked hard.
Delivery was an altogether different story. The driver was angry and argumentative when he went to the wrong entrance. I walked over to show him the way, and when I got in the cab, it reeked of weed. He told me there would be an additional charge for distance to the door -- but estimated it at twice what it was at pick-up, despite the fact that the distance was much shorter. When I asked for clarification, asked to be shown where in the contract it specified how much one pays for additional distance, he locked himself in the cab and wouldn't talk to me. And then he just lost his temper and sped away, doing 40 over the speed bumps -- all my parents' possessions probably flying in the back of that truck!
Over the evening, the driver kept threatening to leave my parents' belongings in a storage facility where I would have to pay the full amount to even learn the unit number. He would bring them back ONLY if I Venmoed him the entire amount (including the distance fee) before he even showed up.
Oh hell no! It eventually occurred to me to contact Anthony, who had been keeping me appraised of when the van would show up. In contrast to another review here, I actually found Anthony quite helpful; he was quick to respond to my please for help, and eventually talked the driver into showing up in the morning, where he and another guy did unload successfully. We had to pay in cash, and he offered no receipt. Yes, there was some breakage, and he left before reassembling my parents' bed, because the loader had stashed the legs in a box without marking it. Honestly, I was just grateful; I thought I was never going to see anything on that moving van again.

This company used moving my household as an opportunity to steal tens of thousands of dollars of equipment, gear, and furniture. Everything that did make it to destination of new home was damaged significantly. Filed complaints including with BBB and Azmuth has ignored everything.

This whole experience was not just horrible but has really crippled my family due the amount of missing things and damage to items delivered

Anthony was incredibly rude and hostile. Azimuth charged an extra $650 last minute after we had already agreed on payment. They will not allow a paper trail of any conversations - be sure to record any and all conversations you have!

I used this company to move across country. I used Safe ship to contract this company for me. The pick up was great. The movers were nice and efficient. I was called with a time and date prior to pick up. The drop off was another story. I was never called prior to the drop off. I was called the day of drop off a couple of hours before. I was told during the estimate my items would arrive in 5 to 10 days. I was expecting a call to set up a date and time. I wasn’t given that option. I was charged a $600 redeliver charge. To make matters worse, one of the movers left with my key fob to my apartment. He was contacted and never responded. My apartment charges for lost key fobs. One of the contacts of the company when told what happened, said it wasn’t their fault but he would reimburse me anyway. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Absolutely outstanding service from this moving company! From start to finish, they exceeded all my expectations. The team was punctual, professional, and incredibly efficient. They handled my belongings with the utmost care, ensuring everything arrived at my new place without a scratch.
