From start to finish of the project I have known what was happening by getting constant updates from staff and always made to fell like a valued customer. And timing i was originally told work would probably start May but we are at the end of April and the work has been completed in a timely and professional manner even with complications. My said complication was that we could not get a skip drop off approved but the staff made a secure and clean area for all the rubbish to go in and cleaned up after themselves never seen my stairs so neat and tidy.I could not be happier with the end reslut since with the Scottish weather already had torrential rain and high winds and not a sound from the tiles (for reference my bedroom is in the roof). I would recommend B-spoke group to anyone looking for there roof to get done.

My roof was done great quality and really fast. Despite bad weather guys worked hard. I'm really happy whit the results. I highly recommend this company.

Thomas from B-Spoke came out to give me a quote, the lad was honest and instead of trying to convince us we needed a complete new roof told us that a patch repair was all that was needed...its nice to know that not all companies are looking for the big sale when its not needed..I'd definitely recommend this company if your needing work done...thanks Thomas and B-Spoke..

Bespoke rough cast the back of my house. It wasn’t the cheapest quote but the job was done efficiently and they matched the colour really well to my neighbours. I am happy with the result so far and would recommend.
The guys who came were very courteous and pleasant.

Great service from start to finish was slightly more expensive than I expected but now that I see the finished job I am delighted and it was well worth the money. I am thinking of fitting a new kitchen and B-spoke are right up there as a possible contractor. Professional from start to finish

I contacted this company to arrange a quote for exterior work on my property. After making initial enquiries and booking an appointment, I received a call on the day stating that all homeowners needed to be present due to “FCA regulations.”
I questioned why FCA regulations would apply to a simple quote, especially as I had no intention of agreeing to any work on the spot or taking out finance (which I assume is the only relevant connection to FCA involvement). Despite this, the representative was adamant that all homeowners must be present, regardless of the purpose of the visit.
Faced with what felt like a sales barrier rather than a genuine requirement, I cancelled the appointment and instead obtained quotes from three other companies. All of them were able to visit and provide quotes without any mention of FCA paperwork or requiring all homeowners to attend.
Based on this experience, I wouldn’t recommend booking a quote with this company. It gave the impression of a high-pressure sales approach, potentially aimed at securing agreement and a deposit during the initial visit by removing the opportunity to step back, reflect, and discuss with other decision-makers.

I had Ben, one of the sales reps out a few weeks ago. Ben was very professional and informative throughout the whole process. We were kept up to date through every step and I can say that the roof work that they completed was spot on. The work was immaculate and the builders were really professional and knew what they were doing!

There's a particular Sales methodology I want to flag for anyone perhaps unaware of it (you blessed innocents)

I had a B-Spoke rep in my home this evening just passed and he followed it practically to the letter. He wasn't aware I'd seen it before or that I was analysing him so critically. Let's just say I had ulterior motives for letting him perform for me.

1. Establishing Bona Fides. It's critical they earn your Trust. I was presented with a rapid-fire assault of initialisms of Associations (all for my protection) and merit badges - including a Trustpilot review score that was significantly higher than actually exists. 4.8, as presented, leaves little room for criticism (I was immediately suspicious); 4.2 is still pretty good, don't get me wrong (if you can trust the people writing the reviews) but has a far more realistic level of client feedback.
2. Handshakes. Somehow, Sales people still believe that handshakes are a tool for mechanically teasing further trust out of a client, instead of a gesture that is weirdly, off-puttingly intrusive anywhere outside of a greeting or farewell.
3. Common Likes/Dislikes. Where Sales people cynically attempt to ingratiate themselves by aligning themselves to an obvious preference you have. I have Doctor Who DVDs on display in my lounge so he picked that to discuss, and for five minutes he pretended he wasn't there to sell me a new roof but acted like we were starting to become Friends. Of all the tactics sales people use, this is the one I am most scornful of. The chap actually flubbed his pitch, picking a Doctor I despised, but I kept that hidden to let him gush. By the end of the five minutes, seeing me not really joining in, his commentary was starting to lose conviction. My guess? He looked up certain details on his phone while pricing up my quote in his car.
4. The time-limited "special" price, just for you. I was to be given two figures, I was told. The first would be their base retail price and the other, should I allow certain marketing options like huge promotional banners on their scaffolding, would be far lower -which it was- but as it came from a "restricted monthly advertising pool" (yet another red flag) would be offered First Come, First Served. Of all scamming techniques, exerting time pressure, a sense of urgency, is by far the most transparent, and despised. Act NOW to save the Nigerian prince! Jog on, you total shysters.
5. The Follow-Up By Someone Senior After Saying No. Door-to-door Salespeople rely on the amazingly naive business model relying on speed to hoodwink your critical faculties. From meeting the guy on my doorstep I received a follow-up call within minutes arranging the survey for that same evening. So in the space of less than 7 hours I was expected to welcome this brand new company I'd never heard of and part with up to £16K. So when I said no to singing on the dotted line out of the most basic Consumer Diligence, caution due to being burned previously by another company, and need to gather further quotes, I was then passed the young lad's phone and given to his superior, someone he'd been checking in with all through the visit. This older gentleman then proceed to speak at length about how his business works and how I'm very very safe in their hands, but that he understood I "needed to do things my way", once again pressing the "special price" button that needed a swift response, and also impressing further urgency given the state of my roof (which is, to be fair, not great).

Suffice to say I shall NOT be taking on their services! I hope this comment helps others to see through their depressingly manipulative tactics and helps people choose a far less predatory company!

When Thomas the representative of the company came to our home. He was so friendly, and new exactly what we were looking for. He explained everything to us, in exact detail. After assessing our home and working out the type of rough casting we wanted, it was all plain sailing from there. Every person we spoke to in the company were so competent and friendly. I can't recommend this company highly enough.

Excellent service and excellent work get it done right with bespoke and not the dodgy folk

We had our house cleaned/treated & painted. From start to finish the team were excellent, the level of communication was first class, they even held the work at the price quoted for longer than expected when we had a family situation to deal with. The guys worked hard taking care of our property and they cleaned up after themselves . The end result was very professional and you receive an after sales call to make sure everything is to your satisfaction. I would highly recommend

Had my roof retiled with this company in August 2024, in December 2024 a whole section blew off, wrecking 2 cars, Damaging my garden and everything in it, if I had been delayed by 5 mins returning from work I wouldn't be alive today, wouldn't touch this company with a barge pole.

Waste of our time. Gave us a quote and they called back a week later and they cancelled. They decided they couldn’t do the work for the price they quote. Very poor

We had a salesman out in September to give us a quote but we weren't quite ready to go ahead with the work. They were not in any way pushy. We contacted them a few weeks later to book the work in for January. They kept in touch and updated us on delays due to weather. The workmen and the customer services staff were all very professional and they did a great job. Very happy and would definitely recommend this company.

I had B-SPOKE out to quote for a replacement roof. I received the quote that could buy a decent house just to get a new roof. The quote was more than double the price of others. Needless to say I did not use them.

Its took me a couple of months to write this review. As always I like to let the dust settle before I commit..

We got our house roughcasted back in October and the service was first class. Boys arrived and finished when they said they would. Also got all.out guttering changed from white to black. They even went out there way to paint our boiler drain pipe same colour as guttering.

The finish is superb.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these guys. Our house looks like new.

Needed a full roof replacement, agreed a price and signed a contract for works to begin January of 2026. 2 weeks before the job begins I get a call to say that the salesman was inexperienced and didn’t cost the job correctly and we had to renegotiate the price and resign a new contract.

After new contract was signed,scaffolding and skip were set up at my home. The very next day from when the scaffolding was put up at my house the same men came back at 7am while I have 2 young kids sleeping and they took the scaffolding walk ways down as they said b spoke had not payed there debt owed to them and they were going to all the houses an taking away the scaffolding until it was resolved.

Couple days later it was resolved. Scaffolding went back up works then began. I just came home from working in London. I arrived after 6pm at night the guys had finished for the day. Materials were placed infront of my neighbours drive so he could not get his car into his drive. Rubbish screws materials left laying around my walk way and front door where I had already told b spoke to keep clear and tidy as I have very young children. I spoke with David from B spoke who dealt with my concerns and the next day it was sorted. Boys were clean and tidy and the works that were done was actually really good it’s unfortunate that I had to deal with all these small things as it would of been a better experience had these not happened.

Difficult roof leak and damp issue sorted and proofed by a skilful and helpful team. Very pleasing end result

Had my roof replaced by these guys may last year. Now I have light coming in around the Chimney. They were ment to replace rotten wood that they never did. Air vents hole look like they were cut with a hammer. The guttering downpipe pipes were left lose. The original cast iron ones were in grate condition and were not to be replaced. They damaged the electric supply to my garage and left it without power. I have had to repair the electric supply to my garage myself so I am out of pocket. Dispite b spoke admiting to the mistake and "someone would be out to fix it soon"

I have asked for the rotten wood to be replaced from May last year as of January they have still not fixed it. They just say they will come around and not show up. I did get a guy come as an "emergency" repair in December at 2230. Not ideal as I have two children under three.

Bspoke sold me that an in-house team would conduct the repairs. This was a major reason for signing with them. B spoke will sub contract your job to anyone in the local area. The result all depends on your luck.

I honestly would go else where and not end up regretting your new roof like me.
