I supported a campaign on kickstarter but took the wrong size. After a short chat with the customer support, I could change my shoes in a very smooth & uncomplicated way. They even offered me to change the style of the shoe! I really recommend the shoes (I love it!), baabuk and the outstanding customer service they offer, very good job and thank you very much!

Ich habe in den letzten Monaten 3 Paar Baabuk Hausschuhe bestellt. Mein Mann und ich sind begeistert: sie sind schön warm, man bekommt aber keine Schweißfüsse darin. Die Passform ist bequem und beständig. Ausserdem tut man Gutes für Mensch und Umwelt. Nur UPS tut sich schwer, unsere Adresse zu finden (obwohl man nur Google Maps benutzen müsste, was für Leute, die ähnlich abgelegen leben wie wir eine interessante Information sein könnte. Da kam es aber nur zu einer kurzen Verzögerung der sonst schnellen Lieferung.
Ich werde mir noch mehr Baabuk-Modelle leisten, weil das Konzept und die Leistung überzeugend ist, Danke!

Awesome customer service. I had no problem whatsoever when I exchanged a pair of shoes.

I love the sleepers but the inside sole move constantly, any idea how to solve the problem ?

Customer service department was quick to respond when I ordered an incorrect size, and kindly switched the size before it was sent! The slippers came quickly and they are SO warm and comfortable. Will be telling all my friends and family that they should treat themselves to a pair of Baabuk slippers! This B-corp company is doing things right :)

Watch out, this Swiss-based company doesn't refund any shipping costs. In my case, costs were 10€ for shipping to Germany and 14€ for return (to France, by the way). Quite expensive to try out a new pair of shoes.

I ordered a pair of the black edition sky wooler sneakers from Baabuk and am absolutely delighted with them. They are soooo comfortable and stylish and I love the fact that you can just slip into them and not be bothered with tying laces. The website is very easy to use and I received my shoes in just two days in a box perfect for also storing them.

This was my second order from Baabuk. The first one had no problems. For the second I received a UPS tracking number, and was notified that my package had been delivered. But it had not been. I contacted Baabuk, and tried to notify UPS, but the UPS web site requires a vendor phone number to complete, and Baabuk doesn't list one, for the US anyway. The next day the package was on the step, so likely it was mis-delivered to a neighbor, who brought it over. So all's well that ends well.

Chaleur, couleur et design , what else !

I initially ordered 37 per the size finder, as I’m a solid women’s 7. They were far too narrow. I checked some other European-sized shoes in my closet and found them all to be size 38, so I exchanged. So glad I did! Love the fit, love the smart, trim cut, love the classy dark grey with red trim. Now just waiting for the orange-brown Sky Woolers to hopefully come back in stock in my size. I can see owning several of these.

Schuhe sind toll...
...aber Rückerstattungen lassen auf sich warten und nur mit penetranter Nachfrage & Bewertung erreicht man hier etwas. Ich hatte im Mai 2020 direkt bei Baabuk für über 300 € eingekauft und einen Teil davon zurückgeschickt. Auf mehrmaliges Nachfragen wo meine Rückerstattung bleibt wurde nicht reagiert bis ich im November 2020 hier eine Bewertung eingestellt habe. Noch am gleichen Tag meldet sich Alex und inzwischen (Dezember 2020) habe ich die Rückerstattung auf mein Konto bekommen. Schade eigentlich, denn vom Produkt er find ich sie gut.

Alles super - schnelle Antwort auf eine Frage von mir, netter Kontakt, ein Päckchen ohne Klebeband und ohne Plastik, und dann die Schuhe - best house shoes ever! Die Füße schlüpfen in eine gemütliche Wolle-Wolke und wollen gar nicht mehr raus :-) Der Winter kann kommen. Und Corona-bedingtes "stay home" auch.
