The chain was very cheap looking and altogether not worth the buy.

I’ve bought many things from their Etsy shop and have loved them. Their jewelry has lasted me years—however I wasn’t aware they had a website and when i stumbled upon it—I saw a necklace that I was sold out on their Etsy but not on their website so I checked out with the necklace and an initial charm. Order confirmed. but about I want to say 1-2 days later, they inform me the necklace is sold out and they wouldn’t be restocking . No biggie! They said they had the charm available and to let them know what I wanted to do…

I wanted a full refund. The purpose of the order was for the necklace and they didn’t have it so I wanted to be refunded. I replied almost immediately to the mail but it’s been 11 days and they haven’t issued a refund nor replied back to me, even after I sent two follow up messages about it. I had to dispute it with my bank. Ridiculous! And I really liked their jewelry too but this rubbed me wrong so I won’t be buying from them again.

I paid plusz 5.000ft to have my order delivered within 5-7 business days, but after almost 2 weeks it's still nowhere to be found and I have no information about it.

Mal todo. No me ha llegado ningun correo con numero de seguimiento de pedido. Cuando me doy cuenta resulta que ya intentaron mandarmelo, pero como no lo he ido a buscarlo lo han devuelto a USA. La respuesta fue que no pueden hacer nada, que compre otra vez. O sea gastar mas dinero con ellos.

This necklace made me cry. I haven't seen my great grandparents in a bit (they both passed about three years ago) and I genuinely cried. Something i didn't like was them not warning me the font wasn't going to show so it's just a black picture... but other than that I love having them in the locket. The quality is good, the gold is pretty.
