I’ve had a really good experience with Babel Audio as both a participant and a contributor. The tasks are easy to understand, well organized, and straightforward to complete. I like the flexibility and the chance to contribute to meaningful audio projects on my own schedule. Overall, it’s been a positive experience and I’d recommend it to anyone interested in this kind of work.

Babel is the best remote job I have had! Once I got my settings tuned in and great quality things were a breeze! Getting paid to talk about a topic I am interested in is a dream!

Previously I have done freelancer jobs in other start up companies so I can make a fair comparison. Babel Audio is managed by a group of ambitious young people. Those people are fair and down to earth. In order to stand different than other similar companies Babel is targeting perfection. They communicate clearly their expectations and they prepare you accordingly. You have access to absolutely anything in order to do the job perfectly. Everything is done with a purpose and everything is explained to you from the beginning. They have dedicated QA teams to answers the needs of the participants. One issue is most people target Babel as easy money without much work and those people are constantly being cleared from the platform. During my journey with Babel I met lots of participants who have been there from the very beginning. I have also met a lot of participants who didn’t take the responsbility seriously and therefore removed. I believe negative comments are a production of these easy money seekers without much afford. If you are a hardworking person and if you are willing to take the responsibilites serious Babel could be a great place for you. I guarentee it.

This is a great opportunity for a WFH job or side hustle. It gives you A LOT of flexibility, support, feedback, and the team is always very helpful if you ask for help! Never had an issue with payments or company's transparency. There's a variety of projects you can apply for, of course, they all have a difficulty level, but it's totally worth it, as it pays off very quickly. I have been working with Babel projects for over a year, and i have nothing but good words to say about the team and company.

I’ve had the opportunity to work closely with different teams, review participant work as a QA, and improve my skills in quality analysis, communication, and problem-solving. While there can sometimes be delays in support responses, overall the platform provides a friendly, flexible, and reliable place to work, learn, and collaborate with people from diverse backgrounds.

I've been a contributor on the platform for a year and a half now. Despite not having this majestic equipment (a maono and a pair of unbranded wired headphones) I've been able to make a more than decent amount of money throughout several projects. I really appreciated the chance to work whenever I felt/needed and I met and stayed friends with a bunch of wonderful people. Thank you so much Babel. Looking forward to work with you guys again.

I've been a participant since December 24 and I've worked on several french project ; I genuinely loved talking about so many different topics with very different people from all around the world, also got to review audios and I honestly hope I can continue ! People's stories are interesting, time flies and the platform is fair regarding payment

Keine neuen Projekte für 2026 bisher. Es war ok, aber ich glaube die struggeln grade und ich habe keine Ahnung ob und wie es weitergeht.

Sounded too good to be true, because it is! I was super excited to be accepted into this program, I went through all the steps and verifications just fine using my VOIP number. they sent me codes, verified my identity just fine. Time to log in to set up payment and I am told VOIP IS NOT ACCEEPTED (after being accepted three times) and I COULD NOT CHANGE MY NUMBER OR RE SIGN UP?!
Total SCAM!! DO NOT FALL FOR THIS OPPORTUNITY!

Still a SCAM site with fake reviews made after seeing a bad review. Scroll down and see the actual unhappy people that had a horrible experience with Babel Audio! five star reviews are fake and made in the same hour from themselves.

The reason of low rating is that those who are really earning on this platform do not bother to write a review. Only those who get rejected or have a negative experience write reviews.

I have been working here for almost a year and earned a couple of thousand dollars. The best part is that you do not need any experience or qualification to do this job; you just need a decent-quality microphone.

I won't say they are the best or there is no issue or lackings, but the platform is great for easy earnings.

Ich verstehe die ganzen negativen Erfahrungen nicht. Wenn man ein gutes Mikro bzw. Setup hat und es keine Hintergrundgeräusche gibt dann werden die Calls als gut markiert, sonst als schlecht so einfach ist das.
Die Zahlungen kommen immer an, manchmal gibt es auch Bonusse für mehrere Anrufe an einem Tag. Man kann damit also gut Geld verdienen.
Ja die Gespräche werden von KIs, Mitarbeitern oder wer weiß wem gehört aber das ist auch der Sinn der Sache, man trainiert KIs mit guten Gesprächen (niemand zwingt einen dazu).
Insgesamt eine gute Platform, ich bin zufrieden.
Ein Minuspunkt weil die Community Plattform nicht mehr so gut ist wie vorher. Weiterer Minuspunkt: Es gibt immer noch keine neuen Projekte für 2026, wenn welche reinkommen werde ich hier Bescheid geben

Emails are never responded to, and any issue takes an extremely long time to be handled.

Started this as a little side project, thinking it would be nice to participate in a project that seemed to hold a purpose outside of just enriching an AI.

I was removed from the project without any explanation after barely a week, this is both unacceptable and unprofessional. My overall rate was positive and I didn't break any rules. All my calls were flagged mostly positive as well.
The only explanation provided was that sometimes they can randomly decide to remove you from a project without giving a reason.
For a project that emphasizes on empathy, it sounds quite ironic!
Will never recommend this project to anyone else.

It s a scam ,ID vérification failed , how can this be possible ? They only take your informations from you. Stay away !!!!

It s a big scam. It s like this company doesn t exist. I applied via indeed, and gave my personal details. They said that my application was succesful, but when i click on the link they sent me, it directed me to page, where it says: your application is still under review.... I contacted the support team, and an AI agent takes over and doesn t go any further. I s a big scam. I am not sure if they are going to delete my personal details under GDPR regulation.

The people in charge of the Arabic project are inexperienced, issuing conflicting instructions and addressing participants in a manner that can only be described as blatant verbal harassment
insults, disrespect, and a complete lack of professionalism.
