I couldn’t have been happier with the service and experience with Baboodle! I was quite dubious about using a rental service, but when taking our two young children away on holiday, we really needed a second travel pushchair and didn’t want to buy another one just for the holiday! The item was delivered 5 days before we requested it to be and the return of the item was so easy! Amazing customer service! The pushchair was in perfect condition and really clean. We will definitely use Baboodle again later in the year.

This was my first time using Baboodle renting a travel pram for our first family trip with our new baby. The process for a one-off rental was super easy to set-up, and the team were incredibly responsive and accommodating when our luggage got delayed on the way back and our original planned return date was missed.
Such an easy way to access all the baby gear you might need in a pinch, and stand-out customer service. We will be singing their praises and using them again!

We rented a compact stroller for a trip because we wanted one that could fold up small enough to fit inside the overhead bin on a plane - it would save the regular pram we have at home from being potentially damaged in the baggage hold. If we’d bought the compact stroller, our baby would have outgrown it by the next time we traveled, so renting saved us 150 pounds. The service was affordable and convenient. The stroller arrived on time, clean, and in great condition. Customer service was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the experience when I needed to extend the rental by a couple days. Returning the stroller was also easy via Royal Mail collection. I would definitely use Baboodle again and recommend it to others!

This is the second time I have used Baboodle and another really positive experience! The pushchair was slightly more worn than the last one (peeling handle/ a few scratches) but was still in good condition and incredibly clean. The pushchair did not arrive with the travel bag but when reaching out to the customer service team they responded within 24 hours and sent this out the following day. Brilliant service again!

Such a strait forward and easy experience, will definitely be using baboodle again!

I’m glad a hire service like this exists! I hired a maternity TENS machine. Item arrived quickly, and in working order. Had a small issue with a consumable part that was supposed to arrive separately but this was resolved very quickly when I got in touch. Return process was easy. Would 100% use again and recommend the service to others.
