Excellent! Easy to order, easy to return, highly recommend! The travel pram we ordered was excellent, in great condition, very clean and well packaged. We kept the box and returned it after 3 months in the same box, could not have been easier. Such a cost effective way to get a travel pram.

Unfortunately after a really strong starter experience our recent experience has not been as good.
We have ordered a number of items now over the course of about 2 years and the concept is fantastic. The artipoppe carrier we kept for a year, we have ordered a number of travel prams however each time the standard has got worse, arriving with orange peel in it, sandy and sticky and with a salvation army envelope inside where it hasn't been cleaned and checked before dispatch.
One parcel ended up 5 miles away which I had to retrieve as I needed it that day and most recently my parcel has disappeared with no idea where it is and a bike I've ordered that apparently is being sent from a third party hasn't arrived either. I've chased and customer service either doesn't get the emails I'm sending or is not replying and the chat isn't working either. I've watsapped someone to help but that's now gone unread. This is an item I paid for two wreks approximately ago and paying rental for but not received. I'd now like to cancel and have a refund so I can source one somewhere else but I can't seem to be able to do that either so unfortunately have had to leave a review here. My order number is B-42335 and it's in my wife's name and our address.

I can’t tell you how many times we have said how amazing our hired pushchair from baboodle has been on our week and we are so sad to be sending it back BUT so glad we don’t have to find somewhere to sort it for our next holiday! We will rebooking a rental again. Baboodle was so easy to use! Thank you so much! X

We borrowed a Joolz Aer travel pram for our holiday and it was so easy. It arrived as described and on time, and it was easy to book a return once we got back.

It was so easy and exactly what we needed as our baby was in between the bassinet and pram stage so we needed the Joolz Aer Nest to seat to tide us over while we were away visiting family for a couple months! So much better than having to buy new gear and a very easy process!

I needed an item for a short time (a couple of months) as I knew my baby would grow out of it soon. I didn't want the hassle of buying and selling it, so I thought I'd give baboodle a try. It was a really easy service. Item (stokke newborn seat) was in perfect condition. Delivery and return was straightforward. I've recommended this company to other mums now and it's likely I'll hire from them again. One issue I did have was a bit of confusion with the months and payments, the terms and conditions haven't been updated to reflect the new rolling over style of the hiring (not that I imagine many people are reading the T&C's). Luckily their AI support reassured me and I didn't have any issues here.

The quality of the products is great.
Reliable, simple and efficient delivery and returns process. Will definitely continue to use Baboodle.

Brilliant service, I received a brand new Joolz AER 2 travel pram for a month’s holiday rental. Returns were quick and easy and I’d really recommend this company, I’ll definitely be using them for future rentals and they have a great range of items
