I bought the Bottle Washer Pro and looked after it exactly as the manual instructed. Five months in, it stopped draining and won’t finish a wash cycle. Baby Brezza’s response has been nothing but excuses and attempts to blame me rather than actually fix the problem.

I’m left with a very expensive machine that I need for my baby’s bottles, and they’ve offered no real help. Still waiting for a solution.

Awful experience. I wouldn’t recommend Baby Brezza to anyone.

The Baby Brezza Formula Pro Mini has honestly been a game changer for us! It makes preparing bottles so much quicker and easier.

I love how compact it is too, so it doesn’t take up loads of space on the kitchen counter. Being able to make a bottle at the touch of a button means there’s no more waiting around for water to cool to the right temperature, which has made feeding time so much less stressful.

It’s simple to use, convenient and has quickly become one of those baby products I wouldn’t want to be without. Definitely worth the investment for us! 🤍

I’ve recently bought the Baby Breeza Pro washer and I wish I’d bought it for my last two babies. It makes it so easy and gives me much more time with baby instead of washing bottles. It washes them perfectly and even dries them!! Highly recommend

I have several baby brezza products including the bottle washer, steriliser, formula maker and milk warmer. All products are absolutely fantastic! Not only do they look amazing in my kitchen but they help me so much day to day! They are fast and efficient, I couldn’t be without out them! Thank you so much baby brezza! 🫶

We love our baby brezza formula pro it saves so much time & effort. And the temp is perfect every time.

Purchased this from Mamas & Papas in expectancy of our first child. We purchased it some time before the birth of our child and upon her birth cleaned and maintained it very thoroughly whilst using.

It has now become redundant because every time we use it, the product trips out circuit board for any particular room that it is used in. No other appliance used causes a shortage so there is an inherent fault with this particular product.

The product is six months outside of the warranty considering the fact that it was purchased and unused for months before even being used. This is not the quality that somebody should expect when paying such a substantial price for a product.

We have been offered a 50% discount after an initial 30% but out of principal we will not use this company again.

Whilst it has been a very efficient and time saving product for us, it is now just another expenditure and the product has lasted not nearly long enough.

We are planning our second child and will have to look at using alternative products.

Please bare in mind this when making your purchase with them.

I would strongly advise anyone considering the Baby Brezza Bottle Washer Pro to save their money and avoid this product.
The main purpose of a bottle washer is to make life easier, but this machine completely fails at that. It doesn’t clean bottles properly and regularly leaves behind milk residue, meaning you have to wash them by hand afterwards anyway. That completely defeats the purpose of buying an expensive bottle washer.
To make matters worse, the machine itself needs to be dismantled and cleaned regularly. Considering the detergent tablets are already expensive, having to spend additional time maintaining the machine is incredibly frustrating. In the time it takes to clean and maintain it, you could have simply washed the bottles yourself.
I also experienced constant error codes that caused the machine to stop halfway through a wash cycle. This happened repeatedly, even after following the recommended descaling and cleaning procedures.
When I contacted Baby Brezza customer service, they dismissed the issue and told me it was not a manufacturing fault, so they were unable to offer any further assistance. For a product at this price point, the lack of customer support was extremely disappointing.
Overall, this product has been a complete waste of money. It doesn’t clean bottles properly, requires far too much maintenance, suffers from recurring faults, and the manufacturer was unwilling to help. I would avoid buying the Baby Brezza Bottle Washer Pro at all costs. It is absolutely not worth the money.

I am extremely happy with my Baby Brezza Formula Pro Advanced. It has made preparing bottles so much quicker and easier, especially when making several bottles a day. It has been a real time-saver and has made feeding my baby much less stressful.
I also want to say how impressed I am with Baby Brezza’s customer service. When my original machine developed a problem, their support team responded quickly and replaced it with a brand-new machine without any hassle. The whole process was smooth and quick.

I bought the bottle washer pro and it saved so much time in terms of washing and sterilising bottles. Well worth the money. The descaling reminder is very helpful. For tall bottles it is not good: I smashed one of my tall glass Nuks as it fell out when I took the lid off. The machine also broke down after 11 months. Luckily it was within warranty. To Cheeky Rascals credit, their customer service was excellent and they resolved the issue very quickly by sending a replacement

Leider war sie nun defekt nach täglichen Gebrauch und der Kundenservice hat uns wirklich schnell und zuverlässig weitergeholfen. Do not purchase the baby brezza bottle wash pro my late grandad bought us if before he passed and it had faults that is a major fire risk as the screen decided to stop working after 4 months of light use as baby is not here yet so was keeping on top of sterilising the bottles ready.

The machine randomly decides when it wants to work not what you need with new borns especially with the intermittent fault their is a heating element inside it and if it has other faults this could cause a serious threat to life.

I reached out to their customer service and they was not helpful at all because i do not have access to the email or receipt of purchase they wont help with repair or replacement and £400 for something that does not last 4 months is ridiculous and all they would offer is 25% off a future purchase i would strongly advise not to purchase and if cheeky rascals would like to reach out and resolve i will happily remove this but untill then stay away and be vary careful if you own one do not leave plugged in .

They say it is out of warranty but that is false as it was purchased last year by my grandad who has passed away they come across professional but will do anything not to honour warranty even in such distressing circumstances Seriously guys save yourself the hassle they are not a brand you want in your house near new born baby,s

I have the bottle washer pro and also the super quick 10 minute steriliser and dryer. Both products I simply could not be without now. The service has been fantastic.

I would give no stars if I could. I received a baby breeza formula maker from a friend at my baby shower. I mostly breastfeed and would use my breeza once a day or every other day so it wasn’t used very often. It stopped working and I reached out to baby breeza to use my warranty. I provided videos of what was wrong with my machine and proof and purchase what they requested for and still told me they were unable to proceed with a replacement of the parts under warranty. Don’t buy baby breeza unless you want to waste your money.

I bought a baby brezza bottle washer pro and unfortunately got 3 weeks use from it until it stopped working. I contacted Baby Brezza and they were super helpful, quick response and replaced my machine with expected delivery within 1-2 working days. Fabulous customer service.

I have the baby brezza bottle washer pro and prep machine, I can say that both items are my most favourite baby gadgets. They have made mum life (first time) more efficient and easier. My family and friends can’t believe how impressed they are with the products when using them. The team have also been on hand for any questions, replying to me very quickly and giving me all the information I asked for when starting out. Fully recommend!

We purchased the Baby Brezza formula pro bottle machine in December 2025 and as excited parents we got it out of the box and put it on our bottle making station in the kitchen along with the instruction manual (and stupidly threw the box away). Fast forward to April when baby arrived and as soon as we got home from the hospital my husband opened up the instruction manual to set up our all singing all dancing bottle making machine.. only to find out it DOES NOT filter the water, you have to fill it up with either cooled down boiled water or bottled water, there is no filter inside the machine and it also DOES NOT heat up the water before adding it to the formula to kill any potential bacteria (unlike the tommy tippee machine) it just warms the water up to body temperature and mixes it with the formula. To be honest I couldn’t believe such an expensive, promoted, high end product could be so USELESS. After googling (which I should have done before purchasing) I found out this is an American product and in America the tap/drinking water is believed to be safe for consumption, therefor no filter is needed in the machine and also baby formula is not believed to contain any bacteria as it is so highly regulated, therefore baby bottles do not need to be made with boiling water. In the UK we have different standards of tap water and advice guidance from the NHS regarding making baby’s bottles safe for consumption.
As I discarded the box and it has been a number of months since purchasing the product, I can’t return it. So I wanted to leave this review for other Mums like me who may purchase this product based on word of mouth or celebrity advertisement. IT IS NOT WORTH £2.50 LET ALONE £250!!!!

Absolutely disgusted with this company. I purchased a Baby Brezza and the motor has stopped working. Because I’m slightly out of my 1 yr guarantee there is nothing they can do. £300 machine not working, they can’t fix and won’t replace.
Beware when purchasing!
