Really unethical to see that a company can have only 1 stars on a third party platform like this one and only 5 stars on it's own. Fake or incomplete reviews.

FRAUD!!!! Terrible company—probably not even real. Don’t attempt to buy from them.

Terrible customer service. Never answering of the phone. Email only, followed by auto-responses. Then received another email response from “ Mary”. I was asked to give my shipping address 3 separate times. “ So the item can be sent out”but in the same breathe they emailed my shipment was confirmed and then on hold…sounds like fraud.

I wish I could give negative 100000 stars. I tear up every time I think about how badly I’ve been scammed. I got sent a defective bracelet over the summer. Sent it back a week and a half after I got it as a gift to be fixed, we are now 4 MONTHS LATER and I still don’t have a resolution or a new bracelet. If it wasn’t over 500$ I would say ok I got scammed and do my best to warn everyone but because it was over 500$ I want what was paid for! In my 40 years of life I have never dealt with a business like this. 4 months is wild!

Ordered a paperclip bracelet from Baby Gold & it took over 2 months to ship. Customer service kept telling me that it was in production for the entire time I waited and had offered to cancel the order by the 2nd month. I responded to cancel the order and at that time, they said sorry it already shipped. When the item arrived, it was poorly made, the clasp does not fit on the link correctly and it sticks out. I asked to return the item since I had said to cancel it and they shipped it anyways, Georgia from customer service said I could return it but would be charged the $15 handling even though this was THEIR fault- bad quality and they were supposed to cancel it. Do NOT buy from this company, they are shady and their quality is terrible.

I purchased a bracelet that was impossible to close because the clasp was so minute. I had to pay for the return and was further penalized $15. They do not give refunds only store credits. What a dishonorable company.

They have NO customer service
All you get when you dial their number is a "we will call you back," but they never do. I even tried emailing them and I got one automated email back with the wrong information. They do not state in their ad that they do not give returns but only exchanges and store credits at a discount with a return fee. They are not a customer friendly business and I would not order from them.

If I could rate them ZERO Stars I Would!!! False Advertising Complaint and Lawsuit will be filed if I do not receive a full refund. This company states items are solid 14k Gold - when in fact the 2 17" Avery Chains I received are Hollow. The Company does NOT State the Weight of items due to the fact any educated consumer would consider the item weight "if stated" to NOT be solid. This company REFUSED to cancel an order Even though a Cancelation Option is offered on their site. They will ONLY do a store credit ( policy is not immediately viewable to consumer) You Must go further into their policy for that information.

I don't understand how they are still in business. They have the worst customer service and their earrings are really poorly made (poor quality control.)

I needed a simple fix (or return) and was denied.

I found the customer service at Baby Gold to be fantastic. I had a problem with a necklace I had ordered, and they were so friendly helpful and happy to help. Like seamless. Problem solved.

Absolutely the worst online retailer I’ve ever encountered. Majority of their items are considered “special orders” because they don’t keep much inventory. This means you can expect to wait over a month for even the most basic item to arrive that is not customized or special in any way. Their return/exchange policy is 7 days and store credit only. No refunds! Not even when it is their error. This includes incorrect items they send. I’ve come to realize that’s their scam. You don’t get what you ordered but then get a store credit less their restocking fee. There is also no way to contact them over the phone or chat. Just email and if you’re lucky they will respond.

They sent me the wrong pendant and then refused to refund me because I didn’t want to wait another month and a half to get the correct pendant. They cut off communication when I insisted on a refund leaving me with an item I didn’t want nor had a return address to send it back. It wasn’t until I mentioned doing a chargeback that they replied. I ended up with the store credit and bought a gold ear cuff which fell off my ear the first time I wore it. Money down the drain but glad I never have to deal with them again. Avoid them at all costs.

Cheap and overpriced jewelry. Thought I was dealing with a good company but the service has been terrible. I am trying to return earings that are so poorly made they wouldn't last a day.

Do NOT Buy from this company!!! They charge $35 for 2nd day air & it takes 6 days to recieve it.

Beware before ordering! Baby Gold’s customer service completely ignored multiple cancellation requests and only offered store credit instead of a refund. The whole process feels scammy and dishonest, especially since the order hadn’t even shipped. I won’t be shopping with them again.

HORRIBLE!!!! Must be in the fine print because when I tried to return one of TWo items I purchased all you can get is a store credit!!!!! Would have NEVER bought jewlery online through them had I know this! HOW can you know if their quality is good or the specific thing you ordered looks like it did online??? You can’t.
Do not order from these people. It’s ridiculous. And their prices are not great for what you get. Not even close!!!!!

I purchased 2 necklaces as gifts on the website it looked so pretty when I received the necklaces they were both VERY flimsy, VERY tiny I wouldn't even give it to a newborn, JUST HORRIBLE! When I contacted them they said NO REFUND Only Store Credit. I asked them to send me a return label and still haven't heard back. I just contacted my Credit Card Company to file a Dispute. And I will also be contacting the BBB. Don't buy from this company! PS don't go by the reviews they have on their website they are all lies. Read the real reviews on TRUSTPILOT!

Spent over $200 on a chain with a lock so cheaply made that I knew I could not wear everyday. Lost thenecklace the 2nd time I wore it and its so dainty that you wont even feel it fall off you. Wrote a review on their website and it never showed up. Looks like they may only allow 4 stars and above ratings to be posted.

They are an absolute scam and when they’re done sending you the garbage you did not order, there is no way to reach them except by email which they don’t reply to. You cannot call them or chat with them. Those features on their website are just for show.

I ordered a necklace from them and 8 weeks later never received the necklace. I went to their place of business and it does not exist. also the phone number is in an area code that does not match their business address

I ordered 3 pieces. They were very poor quality so I immediately returned and ordered other items. Over 3 weeks later and I haven’t received anything. There is no customer service. Only a bot that responds saying they escalated my case. Now I will need to take legal action. This company is fraudulent.

This company is a rip off. They have an F rating on the BBB. Got ripped off on a pair of 3 day old earrings. They send mail back for 20.00 on their free warranty and they'll repair them. I told them no. Filed a claim with my card company and the Federal Trade Comission and the BBB. If I have to I'll take her to court.
