Purchased a bracelet from them which broke in less than 3 months. Reached out to them for repair and I was told that DESPITE THEIR LIFETIME GUARANTEE I would be charged for the repair and shipping. A gold bracelet breaking is a testament to the quality OR LACK THEREOF of jewelry they make. Buy from somewhere else. This company is a scam

Do not buy here! I ordered the cigar band a few months ago and once the product arrived it was too big. You would think that it would be an easy exchange for a smaller size, but they wanted me to return the product for store credit, and then buy it all over again. If a product does not work out, they do not offer refunds, only store credit, which you can only claim within 10 days of delivery. I ended up keeping the ring and it wears okay. The gold is definitely low quality as it has scratched very easily. I wear the ring everyday and it visually looks okay but not great as it looks more scratched and worn compared to the other gold rings that I wear. This ring was pretty expensive so I wish I bought a ring elsewhere as I could have gotten higher quality jewelry for a similar price. Also, they delete any and all bad reviews on their website. All products will appear to have 5-star ratings but a simple google search will reveal the true feelings of the customers that have purchased from Baby Gold.

This company uses deceptive advertising to lure customers; not trustworthy and will never order from them again.

Do not buy from this place! They have very nice designs and pretty good prices but trust me, the quality is terrible. very flimsy and break or bend so easily. I have tried to contact them so many times! through email, calls, and even left VM and no one ever gets back to me. Just terrible...

Bought a few rings from BabyGold about 2 years ago.

I travel almost every other week, and these rings have seen a lot. Despite this, my diamond rings are still in excellent condition, just like when I first got them. I haven't lost any diamonds, and they are still so sparkling. They've been through ocean water, encountered cleaning supplies—you name it.

I'm looking forward to adding a few more rings to my collection.

Buyer beware: The necklace weighed nothing. IDK why it was only 14". It did not fit around my neck, so I sent emails 4x with no response before I returned it new in original box. After some unanswered calls, I spoke to a person who said there are No returns on custom orders, only credit to buy more: and "everything is custom". Now I have to find something to use my credit. Almost nothing to choose from under $100. My mistake.

I order a glimmer necklace very dainty for the price range necklace keeps pulling my hair I posted a honest review which was remove so their reviews are fake!!

I ordered the ring in May 2023 (now April 2024) and it has developed red discoloration (rust?). I asked customer service if I could send it in for repair (was planning on sending it in myself, covering shipping of course). However, customer service told me I had to cover $20 shipping right away, sent me an invoice and wrote that "additional fees will apply (including but not limited to shipping fees, additional costs pertaining to your repair)..." The ring I received has obviously quality issues (fake material?) and babygold should be interested in straightening that out, especially if the item was ordered barely a year ago and not confront their customers with silly fees. (I only use organic, gentle cleaning products and cosmetics, that couldn't have caused the rusting)

Baby gold is truly for babies. Overpriced flimsy tiny pieces - not worth the cost or th effort. No refunds. Store credit only. Both tries of this shop were very disappointing. They also show only 5 star reviews on their website - that’s how i was tricked! I hope other customers are wiser and will stay away.

Not as pictured ... much smaller and not the stones in the picture. Then they acknowledge the problem but will only give a store credit. Guess we will see what my credit card thinks.

I had to leave a review because I always go to trust pilot to check sites. Then I saw babygold had bad reviews. I had nothing but a good experience. I was scared after I saw low reviews but I was referred to them by a friend so I tried and I was not disappointed. Had zero problems and the products were great.

We ordered a Gemstone Drop Huggies Hoops for women and what we got was unbelievable!!!

Compré una cadena con un dije , la cadena y el dije de corazón inchado eran tan hermosos en las fotos que pensé que estaba invirtiendo bien mi dinero , después de mi compra tuve curiosidad de leer las reseñas y me encontré con el susto que eran tantas malas experiencias que decidí cancelar el pedido inmediatamente pero me dijeron que ya no era posible , así que solo decidí esperar , enviaron el pedido atravez de USPS , ¿ Enserio ? ¿ Como envías productos de oro sólido y caros por medio de una compañía de envío pobre y barata ? El paquete se perdió , les escribí muchas veces y solo me decían que debía esperar e ir a preguntarle a mis vecinos , así que les dije que me quejaría con el emisor de mi banco si no reenviaban mi cadena y mi dije con una compañía segura . Me enviaron de mal gusto la cadena y el dije , cuando recibí el dije y la cadena me decepcione tanto , el dije era más pequeño que en las fotos y no pesaba absolutamente nada y la cadena no pareciera ser de un oro sólido de 14K no es amarilla es tan pálida y no tiene el sello de su marca , la cadena dice que es italiana , lo que me hizo pensar que compran las cadenas al por mayor y solo les cambian las cerraduras ellos realmente no elaboran las joyas , además que la cadena era delgada como un hilo de oro . Las bolsas en las que envían sus joyas son muy pobres . Soy una gran compradora de joyas pero esta es la peor empresa de joyería donde he comprado , le doy 2 estrellas por que a un así me enviaron mi cadena y mi dije , pero no volveré a comprar en esta compañía , son muy engañosos con sus fotos y su publicidad . Si dejaran de ser tan tacaños con sus clientes y ser más honestos tuvieran mejor valoración sin hembargo están estafando a todos con mentiras . Lástima 😣

Bought a gold necklace two weeks ago and as of yet I have not received it. This company is atrocious and a class action law suit should be started. I my fifty years in this country I never had to deal with a more obnoxious business. Never ever buy from them

Biggest rip-off ever! I paid $570 ( after the 20% off) for a necklace. After a month when I received it I very disappointed. It looked like something I would give my 6 year old granddaughter for a First communion gift. Looked like it may have cost $100. The diamond was a shard, the clasp was so small I could not put it on myself, and the chain looked so frail.
They would not let me return it for a refund. The return policy says that don’t take refunds for personalized jewelery. This was NOT personalized. I am very disappointed and hope nobody else falls for their unsavory practices.

The worst customer service in a long time. I received as a gift a bracelet that broke within days. It’s been almost 2 months with no refund or replacement. So they have the money and the broken bracelet.
Wish I could attach a picture. The bracelet was made of hollow tubes and individual tube not soldered together. Fell off multiple times and fortunately I found it.

Boyfriend ordered a stock necklace not knowing that I had as well. He cancelled hours after the order was placed, and they would not let him cancel the order. Both of the necklaces arrived (the one I ordered and the one he tried to cancel). They are complete garbage. You need tweezers to open the clasp which is sure to break immediately, and I don't think they are 14Kt as advertised. Will have them tested by a jeweler to confirm. Their business practices are questionable at best, and I'm contacting the California Atty. Generals office to register a complaint (916) 574-2800. I'm certain they are on their radar and hopefully if enough people complain, they will be shut down.

I ordered on Dec 16. The website said 2-3 weeks for delivery but it will be more like 5 weeks. I had to call and get an update since there was no communication after the initial confirmation of my order. The girl I talked to was very nice and professional. Still took too long, in my opinion.

The bracelet they sent us broke less than 24 hours after putting it on. They claim they have a lifetime warranty, but when we reached out via their website AND instagram, no response. They do not stand by their shoddily made products and they do not honor the lifetime guarantee that they tout on their website. BEWARE of this shady company. I’ve now spoken with several other people with similar experiences. One girl ordered a custom necklace, they sent the wrong item, and now they are telling her she cannot return it for a replacement because it was a “custom piece” but they didn’t send her the right thing. Another ordered earrings and they only sent one—now they want her to pay $15 to send the earring back and they will send her the set that she originally ordered. Shady shady shady shady.
