Do not buy from them absolutely terrible….

Absolutely horrible - 3 pairs of earrings ordered in early Dec for friends - I have emailed, left messages, asked to cancel, with NO RESPONSE. DON'T DO IT.

The jewelery looks very cute on the website, and they have a very cute aesthetic, however… the jewelery is SO SO thin and dainty. I bought a bracelet and an anklet from them and it looks like something you’d gift a NEWBORN. It was so tiny, and it had absolutely no weight. My husband was doubting the claim of it even being 14k solid gold! I wanted to return the items… well you can only get store credit. No big deal, I’ll give them another try. I bought a ring and a pair of earrings… the earrings feel so hallow which I have never experienced before with earrings and the ring is also very tiny. The prices aren’t worth it for the quality but if you have the money you might like them more than I did.

Wish I could do 0 stars. Terrible product and they don't allow returns. Can't get anyone on the phone. Do Not order from them ever. Stuck with a crappy necklace I can't even sell for the gold.

UPDATE: SO the company finally got back to me and made things right. Unfortunately, the gold is always very "dainty" which means not as substantial as it looks in all the pictures online. Pretty but dainty. Shipping takes quite a while still but their customer service is getting a bit faster.

If I could leave no stars I would. I ordered a paperclip 14kt gold bracelet that took forever and I emailed to cancel because I had to buy it somewhere else for a friend‘s birthday. They told me I could not cancel at that late moment which is ridiculous because it was gonna be at least another two weeks they said for it to even be shipped. so when I got it, I refused it and it went back to the company and they’re saying they never received it. So I’m out almost $400 and no bracelet. Do not buy from this company!!! Sheisters!!! I gave them every opportunity to make it right bc I don’t like leaving negative reviews.

First of all, I ordered what appeared to be a pair of earrings and it turns out it was only one earring which was absolutely no clear from the description. To top that off the one earring was so small I needed a microscope to see it. Then I filed for a return. They charged $15 for the return and they refused to credit back my card and issued a store credit for the balance. I tried to call their customer service phone # on their site only to find out that it’s not in service. Emails are responded to by bots. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! BAD PRODUCT. ABYSMAL CUSTOMER SERVICE.

It’s true that they don’t accept returns and it is unfortunate. I will knock off one star for that. I will say that they do offer very fair prices and not accepting returns probably helps to keep those costs down. I had received a defective piece and the automated system would only allow me to return for store credit AND charge me a return fee. I reached out to BabyGold and they allowed me to return without the fee for store credit. I would suggest to BabyGold to allow returns without a fee if the item is defective.

Recently I used the credit for a chain and decided to change my order a few days later. I received an email confirming that my order had gone into production but customer service made an inquiry on my behalf and managed to change the order for me. That’s good timing and not a guarantee but I appreciate the effort.

Terrible quality and service; claim they have experts on their team but clearly don’t. Don’t accept returns even if you’re disappointed with their items, they only accept store credit; a wild concept to have as a business. Also they sneak in a $15 fee for returns. A fee for what exactly if I’m paying to ship the items back? This fee isn’t even written on their site, I was made aware after filing a return request. Shady and shoddy business, I should’ve read the reviews on here and better business bureau.

Horrible experience. I attempted to order two pairs of earrings and got the worst runaround of my life. I checked in because the money was pending in my PayPal account but the charge didn’t seem to go through. I called PayPal and they said the merchant didn’t accept the money, which has never happened to me thus far. It had been about 5 days since I placed my order so I figured I would reach out.

First, I was told I needed to wait the 10-14 business days for my “custom items,” but neither of my earrings were custom. They were stock earrings and in stock when I placed my order. I responded for clarification and then was told my earrings were set to ship the next day via Fedex. Wonderful! I assumed the charge would complete then. Then I receive an email stating that one of the pairs is actually out of stock, so they can partially fulfill my order and send the out of stock pair when it arrives. Okay.. I responded asking when the other pair could be expected to ship and THEN was told sorry, they can’t partially ship. “This item was on stock but we currently are out of stock and do not know an exact date on when we will restock, please let know if you would like to keep the order wait or cancel it.”

So multiple false updates for two simple pairs of earrings and now an undetermined wait period to receive them? What kind of operation are they running? This was a really confusing and bad first experience with them and as a regular high end jewelry shopper I won’t be back. Save your money for brands that can actually deliver product.

The item I purchased did not say it was final sale but it might as well be because when you go to request a return they only give you store credit. Why would they only give you store credit?!!!! This is ridiculous. I knew custom items were final sale but not that all items were final sale. Never shopping with this company again.

I ordered a necklace on babygold before doing any research and I am relieved to say that I received my necklace about a week after ordering it and it’s really nice! Customer service was quick to respond when I asked about when my order would be shipped. I probably wouldn’t order again after reading all of the stories but I did just want to share my experience in case anyone finds themselves really worried like I was after seeing these reviews.

Terrible customer service, many calls and emails to get a response, the response to fix a clasp that broke on first wear was to offer a repair at $30 plus $20 for shipping back, not including my shipping to get it to them ! Totally shameful ! Never again!!

I bought myself a necklace, bracelet and two rings for my 40th birthday, I felt like I was waiting forever for them to arrive, because I was so excited. Then I started reading reviews online and started to get concerned. But then the custom pieces I ordered finally arrives and they were beautiful. I get compliments consistently. So last night I bought more rings, necklace and earrings. Again, I’m super excited for them to arrive. The original pieces I got have had no issues, so I’m hopeful that this next experience will be the same. I really love the jewelry and when it’s 20% off, it’s totally worth it. I didn’t tell myself why didn’t I spend this $2k on a trip instead of jewelry (buyers remorse), but these will last me a lifetime and are exactly my style and will go with everything I wear. You won’t find the same solid 14k necklaces at 20% off and the same pricing as baby gold. I hope that when my next round of jewelry gets delivered, I’m just as happy. I literally can’t wait.

Should have read reviews from Better Business Bureau. I have seen complaints about this business almost every week. Do not buy from this company they are scammers. I hope BBB will shut them down. They don't sell real gold. They don’t offer refunds and product is not worth a penny. As what other consumer said do not waste your money with this company. I will make sure I will post as much reviews about this company so consumers can be warned.

Good product but doesn't offer refund, only store credit! Please be aware before purchase!

Purchased Mega Initial Mother of Pearl Charm. The back of the pendant is hollow. The initial I purchase was “D”, and the D had a huge hole in the middle of the pendant that was not filled with gold nor mother of pearl. No one was ever available to answer any calls. Emailing Baby Gold was the only way I could express my disappointment of the pendant to them. They said the pendant was a custom order thus couldn’t be returned. However this pendant was an in stock item - already made. If you want to return anything, you won’t receive any customer care. Vince and Natalia were also rude in their responses. Customer service isn’t the service you give when everything is dandy, it’s the service you give your customers when the order goes south.

Babygold is a total fraud and scam, please don't buy anything from them!!!!
Let me tell you my experience, I have ordered a pair of earrings as a gift for my girlfriend, initially I was excited because they were shipped via Fedex, two days later after I have made an order. Since this was supposed to come in europe from LA, the shippment needed for about 4,5 days to come in croatia and then got stuck in between for around a week and then it was suddenly returned back. From my order back to LA it took around 10 days. I instantly sent an email towards babygold support, what was going on and why my shippment got returned and two days after, their support answered me that they don't know why this shippment got returned and how they need to check, and they told me they will provide me a feedback as soon as possible.
And guess what, I waited for almost a week, without any respond, i got pissed off because this was supposed to be a gift and hardly it could be shipped back and get on time...I sent another email around 5 days from their respond, to check what was going on, and I got the exact same email from a week ago, that they don't know what happened and that they will provide feedback asap. I have replied immediatelly I want my money back, and then again same thing, no response in a week and the same email, like a robot, I was angry and sad and felt I lost my money...desperately I have sent a few more emails and finally after more then a month they sent me that my order has been refunded, but actually it wasn't refunded a total amount, I was basically robbed for around 130€.
Terrible experience and I have promised to write this review and WARN YOU to never buy from this website, no matter as good ad it seems for a price and quality of jewelry they are not legit and they do not work professionally, total dissapointment.

They do have the item to ship and don’t allow any order cancellation and don’t allow return for refund. Do not buy from them.
