I'm the new owner of a really comfortable computer chair, thanks to Back2. The shop adviser, Quy, was patient and helpful, and secured a good rate on what's the best computer chair I'll ever own. It's an RH Logic 220, with many options for adjustments. The design is superb, with clearly-marked levers to help with changes to the height, seat depth and back rest position. One of the best features is the graduated back support and the rocking motion. I have chronic back pain and this chair's adjustments is helping a lot. The video instructions were clear and I'm extremely happy with my purchase. Many thanks to Back2.

Great chairs at great prices.

A web search identified a couple of suppliers of the Hag chair I wanted. Back2 were slightly cheaper and had the spec I wanted - black foot ring rather than white. Online purchasing was easy and I was kept up to date with the delivery. Assembly was straightforward - one socket cap screw. Even the Allen key supplied was of good quality.

Harry was excellent for the installation process of my new desk and chair. Could not fault him. Thank you very much.

The chair is great! Very comfortable and I do feel my back supported. For future reference, please pack it better as the box arrived a bit damaged, but the goods inside were pristine.

I really needed a very good and quality office chair. So I contacted Back2 and there was a gentleman called Quy that initially helped me in a very professional and understandable manner in finding the right colour of leather and specifications I wanted. I ordered the HAG Tribute 9031 for my London pied-à-terre and I’m indeed very happy with my choice. The chair looks amazing!! Because I’m always travelling between countries I’m very busy to visit a showroom so all my communications were by phone and email and I’m very pleased that everything went as planned. I purchased a high value chair. When it arrived it had a small fault.
After calling they sent someone from London to Cheshire to swap the chair the next day. Lovely delivery chap helped. Recommend even more when things go a little wrong. I am buying x3 more chairs soon. Thanks. Excellent company.
