Harry, I’m really sorry for the disappointment and frustration this has caused.
The motherboards you ordered were unfortunately showing at £100 less per unit than the correct price due to a technical error in our system.
As soon as we spotted it, we updated the listing to stop any further incorrect orders.
I completely understand that £100 per unit is a significant difference, and as a small independent business, we simply couldn’t absorb that kind of loss without it having a major impact.
We work hard to keep our prices fair and our website accurate, but now and then a mistake like this can slip through.
I’m sorry this experience has left such a poor impression of us.

Fantastic service from Back to the Office.
I have been chasing a motherboard for quite a while and contacted Back to the Office and asked when they would get more stock. Andy replied on the same day on a weekend stating he would ask the purchasing team on Monday, a few days later I chased it up and Andy apologized and stated that they have a few in on the day I contacted them and he would add one to the website for me to purchase, which I quickly did.
Andy also said they would dispatch the order the same and, which they did and I received next day, even though I had selected the free 3-5 day postage service.
First time using Back to the Office and I will happily use them again.
Great service and great prices too!

Brilliant Service
I ordered some items for a mesh network at lunchtime on a Thursday. The price was less than many elsewhere with free standard delivery of 3-5 days. To my delight the items turned up next morning. Big thank you to Back to the Office. I recommend this company.

Nice Easter Surprise!
I ordered my monitor in the early hours on 16 Apr 2025 with the free delivery option (standard 3 - 5 working days). I was expecting it to arrive after the Easter holidays, however, to my surprise it arrived next day on 17 Apr 2025. They probably had capacity to dispatch my order, so many thanks to them!
