Amazing Software! I was able to transfer all my WhatsApp data from an Android Huawei Mate 10 Pro to my new IPhone 13!

Before I purchased the Software I tried everything but neither WhatsApp nor IPhone offer a Tool to transfer the data.

Would immediately buy the Software again, worth every penny!

Side Note: the support is great and replied within hours via E-Mail.

At the first try I was able to transfer all the data from my Huawei Phone to backuptrans. But the Software did not connect to my IPhone 13. The Support helped immediately and it worked so I wanted to share their answer:

Please follow these steps to try:
1 Turn on iCould Backup on iPhone.
2 Restart your iPhone.
3 Turn off iCloud Backup on iPhone to try again.

The app worked as expected. At first I had a problem because I didn’t had iTunes installed but support was very fast and helpful. Highly recommended app

Ich bin echt begeistert von der Software. Nicht einmal WhatsApp selbst schafft es, den kompletten Chat zwischen meiner Freundin und mir (393.700 Nachrichten) zu exportieren, bei 40.000 ist Ende. Diese Software schafft es nicht nur, diesen Chat komplett zu exportieren (PDF, HTML, Plain Text uvm.), sondern hat auch noch ALLE Nachrichten Problemlos von ihrem Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 Pro auf ihr iPhone 13 Pro Max übertragen.

Wenn man sich an die Anleitung hält, die Meldungen DURCHLIEST, und nicht unüberlegt auf irgendwas drauf klickt, läuft auch alles tadellos! Ja, das ist nichts für blutige Anfänger, aber mit ein bisschen IT-Geschick sollte das auch für Laien absolut machbar sein. Insofern war die Software gut angelegtes Geld!

Von uns daher 5 Sterne! Übertragen wurden insgesamt 597.000 Nachrichten von Android 12 zu iOS 15.4 (obwohl "nur" iOS 15.1 unterstützt ist), und die Software lief unter Windows 11. Eingesetzt haben wir die Backuptrans Android WhatsApp to iPhone Transfer Personal Edition.

Auch der Kauf war kein Problem - per PayPal bezahlt und innerhalb 2 Minuten war die Lizenz per E-Mail da. Ja, die Bedienung könnte man einfacher gestalten, und das Interface sieht auch eher aus wie aus den frühen 2000ern - aber die Software funktioniert. Das ist das wichtigste. Und das ist mir auch lieber als ein Klickibunti-Programm, was vorgibt, dass alles ja so einfach sei und mit einem Klick funktioniere, was dann vielleicht nicht stimmt.

Ich habe das Produkt „ Backuptrans Android WhatsApp to iPhone Transfer“ gekauft. Leider gab es Probleme mit dem Transfer. Wir haben mehrfach mit dem Support hin und her geschrieben, leider war der überhaupt nicht hilfreich.
Zudem ist für den Transfer der Downloads von 3 Apps nötig die sehr unseriös und alt wirken und die Werbung zeigen. Das Computerprogramm für das wir die Lizenz erworben haben wirkt auch sehr alt.
Wir haben über 30€ für eine Familien Lizenz bezahlt, um WhatsApp von 2 Handys zu transferieren. Es ist eine Unverschämtheit, dass es nicht funktioniert!!! Und für den Preis hätte ich Apps ohne Werbung und einen Support der die Probleme löst erwartet!

ein Stern ist noch zu viel für die Abzocke. Funktioniert schlicht weg nicht mit unserem Galaxy A50.

Software gekauft für meine Frau (ich hatte mit "Wutsapper" migriert. Höllenkomplex zu benutzen ... ein geklontes Whatsapp wird installiert, virtuelle Maschinen ("Paralels") ... habe es dann am Ende doch mit Whutsapper gemacht ... kostet zwar 5 Euro mehr, aber dafür akkn sie hin und her migrieren falls sie auf Android zurück möchte ... muss ... also, nur was für IT Profis und die die es werden wollen.

Hat zuerst etwas dubios gewirkt aber ich dachte mir ich riskiere mal 20€

Bezahlung via Paypal hat sofort funktioniert, Mail mit Key kam nach ca 1 Minute. Das Programm funktioniert hervorragend, Umzug von Huawei P20 auf Iphone 13 pro lief einwandfrei und hat sofort funktioniert. Ist allemal sein Geld wert!

Meine Güte, was für ein Drama. Für mich als Laie echt schwer nachvollziehbar weshalb ein ans sich simpler Prozess derart verkompliziert wird. Nach ca. 3 Stunden und etlichen ratlosen Suchen im Internetz war es dann endlich vollbracht. Heureka! Ich vermute mal, das Programm kann da wenig dafür. Liegt es an Android oder an Apple? Man weiß es nicht. Ich kann nur jedem von einem Wechsel innerhalb der Anbieter abraten. Fast noch komplizierter war dann nämlich der Umzug der übrigen Daten. Noch ein Drama. Meine Nerven haben gelitten, ich kann Euch sagen...

Although the UI is a little bit shady, the software works very well, very good support over the email.
The best part is that it merges the previous messages with the new ones, so you can be chill if it takes time

Not a good experiece.
After downgrading whatsapp was activated like 3 or 4 times, then after restoring the googledrive backup the transfer didnt work in serveral attemps. So after retrying the GoogleDrive Backup was nowhere to be found, local Backup not being recognized while still there and Whatsapp had lost all chats only the groups where visible.
So when using this Software make sure to have an additional copy of your googledrive Backup.

Backuptrans has been excellent for me for the over two years that I have had it installed. I have been able to move my text history with photos from Android to Mac database, Android to Android, and Mac database to Android. A dream come true for me and the only software that I have found that did what I needed to do. Their support is first rate and solved some minor issues I was having due to my lack of savvy with the program. All in all, I couldn't be happier!

We successfully transferred 44000 messages with around of 4 GB pictures and videos from an old android to an new iPhone.

Had a Issue with a their iPhone to Android WhatsApp transfer programme..
emailed tech support and all sorted in about 36 hours with a thank you from them saying I found issue they had not come across and had to update their software and all I had to do was update it and it fixed my problem...
get this software it is a life saver if like me you want to take 6 years of WhatsApp conversations over to android in a very quick amount of time...

Ich kann einigen Vorrednern recht geben. Schwere Geburt, aber es ist definitiv das Geld wert und die Tutorials/Guides sind sehr ausführlich und vorallem vollständig. Ich konnte 64000 Chatnachrichten von einem Galaxy S7 mit Android 8 auf ein iPhone XS mit neustem iOS übertragen. Nach 3 Stunden hin und her hat es geklappt und ich bin glücklich und zufrieden.

Es liegt nicht an Backuptrans, dass der Vorgang so kompliziert ist. Der Weg wird durch Android, iOS und WhatsApp erschwert. Bin daher dankbar, dass Backuptrans für jede Versionskonstellation einen Weg hat, alle Daten zwischen Android und iPhone zu übertragen.

Non semplicissima da utilizzare, ma ha funzionato! La consiglio, basta armarsi di un po' di pazienza!

The software worked and the support answered my questions quickly.

I have recently moved from Android to iOS only to realize the huge obstacles of moving my years of chat history to the new platform. Officially the answer is that you need to forget your old messages/ WhatsApp history/ Viber history.

Looking around for a solid solution Backuptrans has been my dream come true software. I moved EVERYTHING to iOS! Yes! And I am happy

It is a bit techie software environment but take a breath, follow the instructions and you will manage it!!!

I was very sceptic, whether this tool would really work. Transfer from Sampsung A20 to iPhone 11.
However, I have successfuly transferred 215000 messages, it took me four hours in total, with all the various restarts and reboots.

It works and instructions are pretty clear. Had some issues on license ordered independently of the app and initially bought the wrong license - customer service was exceptional - promptly refunded. Unlike the other similar apps not a recurring payment.
