It all went very smoothly I had some…
It all went very smoothly I had some clothes that I had ordered online but by the time they came I had lost so much weight that they would not fit me because I am on the new weight loss drug Mounjaro so I kept them to one side until I had got a bag full and I remembered that last time I had some clothes I got a guy online to pick them up from the house and it was for charity so I had a look and found it but on the day they were picking them up I had to take one of my cats to PDSA in Bradford for 8.30 am so I sent them an email explaining that I had left the bag of clothes in the porch and a lot of the clothes were new and in their original packaging and I didn’t want the guy to look into the bag and think that the bag had just been delivered to me because the clothes are new so I said that I had lost 9 stone and the clothes would not fit me anymore and I didn’t want to use them as rags so I thought that the best thing to do would be to send them to charity because they are 5XL clothes and you can’t just go Asda and get clothes of that size so I donated them all to charity and they were picked up from my house when I was out of the area and everything went very well and hopefully someone else will be able to use them and I just have another 5 stone to lose before I reach my target weight of 12 stone next year and I will be contacting them again with more clothes a very good thank you very much for your kindness and patience you have made a very old man very happy

Hi Peter, thank you so much for taking the time to share such a thoughtful review.
We're delighted to hear everything went smoothly and that our team was able to collect your donations safely from your porch while you were out. It's wonderful that you've chosen to donate so many new and unused clothes, giving them the opportunity to find a new home through reuse while supporting charity.
Thank you for your kind words and generosity, Peter. We're really pleased we could make the experience easy for you and look forward to helping with your future donations. 💙
It was quick and easy to book
It was quick and easy to book; they came and weighed them, put a receipt through the door to send you bank details, and I couldn't recommend them enough if you are stuck with unwanted items that you can't get rid of.

We're pleased to hear you found the booking process quick and easy and that your collection went smoothly.
Just to clarify, Bag2Charity provides a free charity collection service and doesn't weigh donations or request bank details for payments. It sounds like that part of your experience may relate to a different collection service.
