Didn’t collect
Didn’t collect . Wasted my time bagging up lots of items . Because they didn’t collect my bags ended up out in the afternoon rain . The email says “collected” when they didn’t . Contacted them and never heard back

Hi, we're very sorry to hear about your experience.
We completely understand how frustrating it must have been to spend time preparing your donations, only for them not to be collected and then be left outside in the rain. We're also sorry that you received a collection confirmation when the bags were still there and that you didn't receive a response after contacting us.
This isn't the reliable service we aim to provide, and we apologise for the inconvenience and wasted time this has caused you. Thank you for bringing it to our attention. 💙
Easy to deal with

Hi Gail, thank you for taking the time to leave a review.
We're pleased to hear you had a positive experience. However, we just wanted to clarify that Bag2Charity does not pay donors for charity collections, so it sounds like the payment mentioned in your review may relate to a different collection service.
If your review was intended for Bag2Charity, we're very pleased to hear your collection arrived on time. 💙
Bag2Charity - making a difference

Hi Justin, thank you for your wonderful review.
We're delighted to hear you found the collection easy to organise and that our driver arrived promptly to collect your hundreds of books. That's a fantastic donation, and we're pleased we could make getting them collected straightforward for you.
Thank you for your recommendation and for supporting your chosen charity. We really appreciate it. 💙
wasted my time TWICE !!!!
wasted my time last week, drove past and never collected my items, they could’ve at least parked on the next street. i waited all day for them to collect, no communication or anything. I had to ring up myself. rescheduled for the following week, and claimed to pick up my bags saying on email it’s been collected. when they never did. i called up and they said they’d ring me back and never did. poor company honestly, it’s embarrassing as a charity company. so unserious.

Hi Sani, we're very sorry to hear about your experience and completely understand your frustration, particularly after this happened across two separate collection attempts.
Having waited for the first collection, then rearranging for the following week only to receive confirmation that your bags had been collected when they were still there, is understandably disappointing. We're also sorry that you were expecting a call back and did not receive one. This is not the level of communication or reliability we want to provide.
We would also like to clarify that Bag2Charity is a collection service working with a number of charity partners, rather than being a charity itself. However, we fully appreciate that you had set aside items to support a good cause and we should have provided a much better collection experience.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and please accept our apologies for the inconvenience and time this has caused you. 💙

So much more convenient!
Had a load of stuff that I couldn’t sell so decided to donate to charity. Decided to see if I could get someone to collect instead of dropping it off at a charity shop as most of the time they are too full. Googled it and bags2charity came up for my local area. Booked on the Sunday for the following Wednesday, I was happy there was a date in only 3 days time, gave me time to get everything together. Communication was good and the clothes got picked up on time. I’ve used charity collections before but unfortunately they didn’t turn up! I can say that bags2charity are very reliable and I will definitely be using them again. Thanks!

Bags 2 Charity made a stressful time so much easier.
It was very easy to book online, easy to make a choice of a charity and easy to put the bags outside ready for collection. My mother in law passed and getting her clothes, niknaks and kitchenware bagged up was stressful enough without having to load it all into the car, Bags 2 Charity eased the process greatly for me, thank you.
