We booked collection for lots of baggage in Abu Dhabi, to be delivered to Dubai airport the following morning. This was the first time we’ve used the service and we will definitely use again! On time collection and arrival; all bags were security tagged on collection, and tags removed in front of us at airport. Friendly and professional service and very responsive on Whatsapp too!

Initially I was impressed with the service I've received upon booking.

However due to the conflict, we cancelled our trip and requested a refund which BaggageTaxi agreed. I've been waiting for over two months for a refund. Each time I check for updates, I keep getting told to wait.

Very nice experience and customer service. Easy to book via the app (find the app it’s better than the site). Very responsive customer service and tracking via WhatsApp throughout the order from drop off to pick up. Pleased with how smooth it went and really recommend to anyone travelling with bags and looking to make departure day more pleasant.

Amazing service from hassle free online booking right through to dropping off baggage to it being safely delivered to our apartment in downtown Dubai. Lady on the desk at Port Rashid was so friendly and accommodating and told us if we needed our baggage any earlier to just drop a message and they would what they could to help and literally within 20mins of me messaging it was delivered by a very pleasant helpful driver who greeted me by name which was very good to have that personal touch, scanned all the cases off the van one by one took the pin number supplied to me to confirm who I was and wished me a good day and went on to his next drop. What amazing fantastic service, I have never had service like that at home. Brilliant and not over priced at all. We will highly recommend to all our family friends etc to look out for Baggage Taxi wherever they may travel to. Simple Idea to a sometimes awkward situation. 10/10 from me!

We finish our cruise and our flight was at night, so we got whole day to visit Dubai. There was a problem with our baggage, we didn’t know where to keep them. We found this Taxi baggage service and booked it online which is very convenient. They came on time and picked up then delivered to airport at night. Service was very good, we liked everything.
