I used BuggageTaxi after being told my luggage would arrive 35–40 minutes before my pickup time. Instead, the driver arrived almost 10 minutes late. This caused me to miss my fast-track airport slot, lose 100 AED, and go through the normal, significantly slower airport process.

When I contacted the company, there was no timely follow-up and no apology initially.

What concerned me most was being told that a refund had already been processed before I even raised the complaint. They stated the refund was issued at 1:18 PM local time, while I raised the issue at 5:09 PM the same day. I never received any refund for the late delivery, and the refund amount was never clearly confirmed. This indicates either serious internal failures or inaccurate information being communicated to customers.

Based on this experience, I would not recommend this service if you value your time.

Baggage Taxi provided a great service in Dubai. The handlers were very polite and professional. I had to change the delivery location and it was no so easy to do. The handler was early for pick up and delivery. I shared information to my travel groups and will be using service in the future.

Just brilliant. The guys that picked up my bags were super friendly. This service worked very easily and seamlessly. I was considering competitor service that required me taking my bags to them. BaggageTAXI came to me! Bit more expensive than the drop off option but given the convenience and level of services this is a no brainer. I was a little concerned about handing my bags over to a stranger but the process of tagging and locking bag plus the fact it was delivered back to me on time makes me very happy to give them a well deserved top rating. They were responsive to texts and calling me to kept me informed on process for drop off etc. keep up the great work this is a novel and super effective service 👍🏼

Starting from assistance at booking , giving clear information , clear communication, access to a team member at any given time of the day and accommodating last min changes due to a force majeur .
