Love the swimwear although I've noticed it looks like some styles aren't offered in the US which is the only reason I didn't give it the 5th star!

I recently purchased a soft pink long sleeve top and a wraparound skirt. The fabric is so soft and the fit and design compliments my curves

I own two BAIIA reversible bikinis, a kaftan and the Dalia wrap skirt and love them all. The versatility of the bikinis is phenomenal. They are comfortable and very supportive all around. The kaftan and wrap skirts are made of the perfect fabric for the heat and I love the versatility of the Dahlia skirt. Definitely reduces the amount of clothing I need to pack for a vacation which leaves room for shopping while on my travels :)

Huge Risk with Poor Fit & Unhelpful Policies. I took a chance on Baiia swimwear not once, but twice, and both times ended up deeply disappointed and out of pocket by around $300. A few years ago, I bought Baiia and was really disappointed, all I wanted a refund as they didn't fit well at all, despite following their sizing guidelines closely. They refused a cash refund and only offered a store credit voucher after I paid return shipping. I held onto the credit and kept an eye on their new styles for over a couple of years, hoping things would improve. Fast-forward to their recent Boxing Day sale (a modest 20% off), and with my body having changed somwhat in the meantime, I decided to try again. I followed their sizing chart and recommendations to the letter, a size 10 was the recommended size, yet again, the fit was terrible: uncomfortable, unflattering, and nothing like what I'd hoped for based on their marketing. When I contacted customer service to return for credit (as before), they flatly refused, stating that sale items are final sale with no returns or credits allowed, even for change-of-mind or poor fit. Their styles haven't evolved in years, so if the sizing/fit doesn't work for you the first time, it's unlikely to magically improve. The quality of the fabric might be decent for some body types, but the firm, compressive fit they promote is extremely hit-and-miss and for many of us, it's just painfully off. Combined with their strict no-refund policy (only store credit at best, and nothing on sales), this brand feels like a huge gamble with very expensive consequences. Buyer beware: If you're considering Baiia, think very carefully. You're taking a huge risk on fit, and if it doesn't work out, you could easily lose your money as I have with little to no recourse. There are plenty of other quality swimwear options out there that actually prioritise a positive customer experience. Unfortunately, I won't be giving them a third chance and will be leaving these items at the Op Shop.
